Sold for $100K at auction, and worth every penny.

The license plate on this 1967 Mercury Cougar XR7 says it's a "COUGARR". This one has the optional 390 GT engine and has been "resto-modded" a bit. Photographed at the Amboy Depot Days Car Show, 2015.

This one looks pretty original on the outside, but is built on an '84 Mercury frame, with 302 engine. At the Hennepin, Illinois Car Show, July 4, 2016.

Not many people modify these rather pricey two-seater Thunderbirds, these days, but this guy did. He did it well, too! Under the hood is a 32 valve DOHC Lincoln Mark VIII engine.

"Porsche, there is no substitute."

Rescued this old girl from a tow yard on it's way to the crusher—abandoned at an apartment complex in shockingly good condition. No rust, straight body, near perfect seats, non-leaky sunroof, and only a few missing/broken trim pieces (and no keys, of course).

No plans at present, other than to rekey and see if she fires up...
