The fourth annual Veterans Resource Fair drew hundreds of area veterans, active duty military and family members to the Bel Air Armory, Nov. 9. Hosted by the Harford County Commission on Veterans Affairs, the event included a ceremony honoring Sgt. Alfred B. Hilton, a Civil War Soldier and Harford County’s only Medal of Honor recipient, music by the pep band from C. Milton Wright High School, and remarks from APG Senior Commander Maj. Gen. Mitchell Kilgo and Harford County Executive, Barry Glassman. The theme of this year’s fair was “The Year of the Veteran,” as declared by Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan. Photos by Yvonne Johnson, APG News
