This is an example of a tweet syndicated from a news feed of BBC headlines - dated October 2008, when the Twitter account was being run by an impostor.
This, along with the graphics, gave the account an appearance of authenticity.
But the holder of the account could have sent any arbitrary message on behalf of the BBC.
It would also be possible to combine any RSS feed from anywhere into the legitimate feed using an aggregation tool (such as Yahoo Pipes). This would allow phishing scams and other nasty deception to take place.
Lesson - if you're a company which values your reputation, you should take control of your brand on Twitter. Unfortunately, the onus is largely on you to check this and complain to Twitter Inc if you spot it.

Chapel of Christ the Servant
Once known as the Chapel of Industry, a name which reflected Coventry’s past reputation as the industrial capital of Britain, the Chapel of Christ the Servant gives thanks for the humble act of Jesus washing his disciples’ feet. This important incident at the Last Supper is celebrated in the Eucharist or Communion. By having clear glass, the Chapel enables those looking outwards to keep in touch with the world beyond. Inside, the altar and cross were made by students and apprentices from the nearby university and local industry.

15th Century Stained Glass, Coventry Cathedral
The virtually free-standing Chapel of Christ the Servant (also known as the Chapel of Industry) is located at the liturgical south east corner of Coventry Cathedral. It takes the form of a clear-glazed cylinder and is thus bathed in light, with a central altar and hanging cross, supporting a crown of torns sculpture by Geoffrey Clarke (containing light fittings), as the main focus.

In 1992 one of the city’s largest employers, the insurance giant, Axa Equity & Law, funded the conservation of three ‘mosaic’ panels and three more seraph figures. Once again the work was undertaken by Peter Gibson and the York Glaziers Trust. Initially the new panels were exhibited in display cabinets in the company’s own city centre offices but in 2002, following a change of ownership in the company, both the glass and the cabinets were transferred to the Chapel of Industry, directly above the Chapter House where they can now be seen by visitors to the Cathedral.

Branches and limbs are scattered all over the place and they need to be removed. Very often though, thrashing winds, rain, and the weight of snow can cause internal damage to trees. This is an enormous hazard. Falling branches can seriously injure and kill people. On top of that they’re could be potentially large liabilities involved for your business or personal property. We have years of experience, training and a large team that specializes solely in identifying potential tree hazards.
Sometimes removing a tree is not always necessary or even desired by our customers. Depending on the situation there are unique alternatives to preserving a tree. When a tree is permanently damaged and on the verge of collapse, we use cabling and bracing systems. These involve Steel rods placed within the tree in order to provide support once it can no longer stand on its own. Feel free to call us for a professional consultation and free estimate. We’d be happy to take a look at your tree(s) and help out.

This is a photograph from the annual Na Fianna AC "Bob Heffernan" 5KM Road Race and Fun Run which was held in Johnstownbridge, Co. Kildare, Ireland on Tuesday 23rd May 2017 at 20:00. The race is now firmly established on the Leinster road racing calendar with athletes travelling from all over the region to take part. The race has gained a glowing reputation as being one of the fastest 5KM road races in Ireland. It is one of the rare occasions around road racing circles these days where a very small club can organise a very successful large participation race. Today's race had another very large attendance with over 470 participants finishing the race following on from a similar number of finishers last year.
This race commemorates the years of work and volunteering that local man Bob Heffernan gave to Meath, Leinster, and Irish athletics from grass roots upwards and his work with the host club Na Fianna AC. Na Fianna AC are typical of many rural sporting clubs who have a large catchment area which combines rural North Kildare and South Meath. The race, known affectionately by club-members as simply "Bob's race" is a fitting tribute to commemorate his contribution to this sport. Our family remembers the days 15 years ago when this race was held in the village of Rathmoylan about 10 miles from the current venue. In those days the race was deemed a success if 75 to 100 runners made the start line. What a testimony to the hard work of Na Fianna AC today's race is! The weather was perfect for road racing - hardly any wind and wonderful warm temperatures - with bright hazy sunshine.
This race is part of the annual Meath AAI Road Race League despite the fact that the race is run completely in County Kildare. The current route for the race has stayed the same over the past few years. However previous to that the race was held in Enfield and also Rathmoylan in County Meath. The race starts on the busy Enfield to Endenderry road and this requires a big effort from stewards and marshalls. However, as always, the event was a resounding success with personal bests and great runs from many of the participants. The course is very fast and flat - it is a one loop course which is left-handed in terms of turns.
The prize giving and refreshments for runners is provided in the Nightclub section of the Hamlet Court Hotel.
We have a large set of photographs from the finish of the race and they are available on our Flickr photostream at www.flickr.com/photos/peterm7/albums/72157684092434056

Payerbach was shaped in the days of the monarchy in which it flourished. Many architecturally valuable buildings remind us of that time. Most of all through the summer resort Payerbach for miles around got its reputation. Now it is undertaking great efforts to connect again with this heritage. Payerbach is with the station Payerbach-Reichenau starting point for many tourist excursions, including the Höllentalbahn to Hirschwang. It brings tourists to the valley station of the cable car to the Rax and the entrance to Hell Valley (Höllental), where the newly created romantic walking path along the Vienna Mountain Spring Pipeline leads up to Kaiserbrunn.
Historic post office Küb
Furthermore, the market town is situated at the World Heritage Semmering Railway. It can be traveled by train across viaducts and through tunnels. But you can also hike its daring routing through mountains, over bridges and rock galleries on the Railway Trail in a discovering manner. Among the special structures of the Semmering Railway in Payerbach is the Schwarza viaduct and railway station Payerbach-Reichenau.
On a rock pulpit above the village stands the Roman Catholic parish church with the so-called "black tower". It goes back to a Romanesque foundation, which was in 1447 rebuilt after destruction. The vaulting of the nave followed about 1525 (stellar vault with octagonal pillars with a partially preserved painting of the keystones, in the choir ribbed vault). It was a subsidiary church of Gloggnitz, incorporated to the Bavarian monastery of Formbach and is first mentioned in 1379 as a parish. Remains of frescoes are dated back to the 14th Century. With much architectural touch a modern choir (West Gallery) was in the wake of last general renovation in 1970 inserted, also the interior comes largely from this era, but it also includes late Gothic statues and other works from the 18th and 19th Century.
Roman Catholic Parish Payerbach
A special attraction is the historic post office of Küb, which, as long-distance operator founded, already by Empress Zita and their followers willingly was visited. Today the post office is only open seasonally and is mainly run as a museum. At the Grillenberg is a tourist mine, which was yet opened in 1791 for the mining of ore and 1892 shut down. On 5 October 1992 it was officially opened by the Governor Siegfried Ludwig. Known from the period of summer resort is also the Payerbacher Pavilion and the same adjoining jetty. Both motifs that are not missing on any old postcard of the community.
After the deployment of the second K & K mountain artillery regiment in Payerbach, in 1916 the Barbara chapel was built in honor of the patron saint of the Payerbacher regiment in South Tyrol. In 1923, the Chapel of St. Barbara was brought to Küb where it still can be seen today.
Also in Küb stands the French Cross, commemorating the fallen of a battle between the French and farmers in 1805 before the castle Mühlhof, in which the French lost six men.
On the Kreuzberg in 1928 the villa Khun was built by architect Adolf Loos. In the until today largely unaltered building, the Hotel-Restaurant Alpenhof is now established.

At Reputation Repair Center, we focus solely on the restoration of your good name, or a business's brand name. For an individual, a reputation takes a lifetime to build, and can be destroyed by a single negative blog. For a business, a brand name can take years and sometimes millions of dollars to create, but can be maligned by negative and unfair internet posts, oftentimes by former disgruntled employees, unsatisfied customers, or by the competition!

1999 Lamborghini Diablo VT Roadster
Lot 136 | $456,000 USD
Sold
From Sotheby's:
Well-appointed example of Lamborghini’s first production convertible
Believed to be one of less than 200 made, only a few dozen of which are said to have been for North America
Showing 18,716 miles on the odometer at time of cataloguing
Finished in rarely seen Titanium Silver over black leather upholstery
Sports factory rear spoiler and 18-inch chromed OZ Racing alloy wheels
Accompanied by factory tool roll, leather wallets and attachés, as well as an assortment of ownership books and service invoices
Addendum: Please note that the airbag light is currently on in this car. The consignor has ordered the parts necessary to repair the issue and will send them at their expense to the buyer upon its arrival.
As the 1990s approached, Lamborghini realized it needed a new raging bull to keep its edge. The firm had established its wild reputation with the revolutionary Miura, then cemented it with the brash Countach. In 1990, the scrappy Italian automaker would complete a trifecta with the outrageous Diablo.
Designer Marcello Gandini's signature wedge-shaped, cabin-forward design carried over to the new car but was massaged by Lamborghini’s new owners at the time, Chrysler, both in the pursuit of aerodynamic performance and to widen its appeal with consumers. The Diablo continued with the rear mid-engine layout of its predecessors and was powered by an improved version of the Countach’s aluminum V-12 engine, now displacing 5.7 liters. With a top speed of 205 mph, the Diablo joined a very select group of supercars in the 200-mph stratosphere.
It was the arrival of all-wheel drive in 1993, however, that launched Lamborghini from childhood bedroom poster exotic to a truly advanced supercar. This new “Viscous Traction” model, dubbed the Diablo VT, employed a viscous center differential modified from the LM002 “Rambo Lambo” that allowed up to 40 percent of surplus torque to be transferred to the front axle if the system detected a loss of traction.
Unveiled to the public at the Bologna Motor Show in December of 1995, the introduction of a roadster version of the already dramatic Diablo VT stunned the automotive public. With its 200-mph top speed and four-second 0–60 time, the Diablo VT Roadster was one of the world’s fastest convertibles when new and remains competitive against today’s current field of open-top supercars.
Externally, the new VT Roadster featured a slightly lower windscreen, larger rear air-intakes, new OZ Racing alloy wheels, new doors with beveled door glass, and an all-new rear bumper. The Diablo’s hardtop roof could be removed and stowed over the engine cover; an innovative solution that meant the driver would never be left without the car’s top.
Following Volkswagen’s acquisition of Lamborghini in 1998, the Diablo underwent a mild restyling for the 1999 model year. Most notably, the retractable headlights were replaced by fixed handlamps featuring composite lenses borrowed from the Nissan 300ZX. Power was increased to 529 horsepower through variable valve timing, while a Kelsey-Hayes anti-lock brake system was fitted to upsized Brembo discs.
The 1999 Diablo VT Roadster presented here takes full advantage of those updates. One of less than 200 produced in total, it is said to be one of only a few dozen produced for the North American market. Furthering its rarified pedigree, this car is believed to be one of only a handful finished in the striking Titanium Silver color scheme. Complimenting the silver exterior is a black leather interior, along with 18-inch chromed OZ Racing alloy wheels, and a factory-correct rear spoiler. With less than 19,000 miles indicated at the time of cataloguing, this Diablo VT Roadster benefitted from a major service within the last 200 miles at a cost of more than $6,000. Work performed included flushing the brake and power-steering systems, an oil change, installing new front shocks, and a full suspension calibration.
This rare second-generation roadster in an uncommon color scheme offers a sensational complement to any supercar collection, ideal for consummate Lamborghini enthusiasts worldwide.
