I dont ridicule the people I shoot or insult their ancestry or religiosity and I dont shoot porn or filth, it is not necessary I shoot only what you like , my account is marked SAFE by Flickr management and the buck stops there.
I shoot Shiasm although I am a Shia Muslim but if you are watching my pictures than see them as a part of religious photo journalism.. It matters not whether you like Shia or consider them infidels that is your personal prerogative I wont change.
Be human as I am when I shot these pictures , I am a Muslim but the bulk of my images pay tribute to Hinduism , part of a thread I shoot as photojournalism called Hope and Hindutva a Message of Peace and Humanity.
I shoot Hijras and I have a Hijra Guru though I am a straight heterosexual male
I shoot Hijras the transgender to show you their struggle with a system that treats them as Untouchables.
Now perhaps you who add me as a contact on Flickr have your own views preferences but dont shove it up my reluctant ass.. I am not interested in seeing transgender body parts , how they fuck or how they give head.
Please dont treat me as a Moron , read my Profile for fuck sake before you add me, dont add me without a profile picture or incomplete profile bio data .
I have thus blocked 1700 contacts at Flickr nothing personal but my way of acceptance on my terms.
My Profile you have to read before you Add me as contact on Flickr, I think in this regard Facebook is million light years ahead from a monolithic system of adding contacts or friends at Flickr.
Because of all this as a silent protest seeking change conducive to harmony and peace as blogger whose pictures educate show you the underbelly of life on the edge I have strangled my Flickr comment box forever.
Stop adding me to your Groups I am not interested,,,

Reliving some moments from 2022 in Central Australia. Video posted as well several sketches from helicopter flying over the desert. A bit bumpy.
Rounding the bend into Indianapolis, Indiana, PRLX 231 (SD75M) leads CSX Q363 in the old warbonnet scheme. Armed with only a point and shoot (someone forgot their camera at a buddies house in Chicago), I tried my best on this.
This a second image which was taken during a recent opportunity to capture the Milky Way. The image was taken at about 1am.
After heading back from the previous spot, that took about 10 minutes, I decided to setup at this location, facing towards the direction that I had come from. In the past I've photographed this spot but the early morning hues begin to break and so the Milky Way begins to fade. This time I thought I would take a chance.
As with the previous spot my intension to have the Milky Way in the centre failed but then failure keeps you wanting to succeed.

On monday 11 December Amsterdam is covered in a coat of fresh snow. The snow fell in sudden flurries and gusts and turned the world white and wonderful. With the canals in the city and occasional high winds, there can be a nip in the air, but packing gloves and a scarf should keep you warm enough. There is something very beautiful about Amsterdam in the winter. It does occasionally snow in Amsterdam in February, but that almost always means just a light dusting. I walk in my neighbourhood and made some photos of the snow. When it snows the light and atmosphere is really beautiful. The best way to travel in the snow is by bicycle, tram, walking or better by sleds. Dad is taking his kid by sled. His son enjoys the ride in this snowy world. Who knows times of Hendrick Avercamp are coming back this year. Avercamp was the first Dutch artist to specialize in paintings of winter landscapes featuring people enjoying the ice. Some 400 years on, our image of life in the harsh winters of the Golden Age is still dominated by Avercamp’s ice scenes with their splendid narrative details of couples skating, children pelting each other with snowballs and unwary individuals falling through the ice.
This monday afternoon I walk in my neighbourhood and made some beautiful photos of the snow. The virgin white carpet of snow is crunching under my shoes. I began to remember why I love the winters so much. Besides the inconvenience causes by the snow there is also fun for children here in the Jordaan. Snowballs, snowmen or sledding. All fun activities that children and even adults above do, in this beautiful snowy world. Reliving childhood memories when snowball rolling. Photo taken at the Tweede Leliedwarsstraat corner Nieuwe Leliestraat. The city's charm shines in fairy lights, snugs up in warm cafes and bars and brims with the seasonal spirit. This photo soaks up the wintry atmosphere in the most charming Jordaan neighbourhood of Amsterdam.
Sneeuwballen gevecht, sneeuwpoppen maken of sleetje rijden.

This is old school - so think art, music, sex! Neon works, glitter works, be as chic or as wild as you want! Remember NO FACELIGHTS and make sure your outfits (before final) do not include any FULL BRIGHT settings. A great way to check this is to put your outfit on (demo if possible before you buy), set your windlight to phototools-no light.

Reliving memories of design class in college.

A few weeks ago we took the CTA Heritage Fleet 6000’s out for an exercise trip before winter sets in. We went through the State St. subway both ways and it brought back memories of my childhood riding these cars. I would always sit in the”Railfan Seat” the top of which is visible, with eyes glued on the tracks ahead. Sometimes the Motorman would have the cab door open and it was a thrill to watch him operate the train.
Riding these cars through the subway felt like you were doing 80 when really about 50 mph tops was it, but the floor would start vibrating and the lights on the subway wall would be flying by and the carbody lights would go on and off and there would be arcing when the train went through one of the diamond crossovers due to the gaps in the third rail! Plus with open windows, the sound could be deafening. Quite an experience, one that helped lead me to a CTA career of almost 39 years. So I got to relive those childhood rides on this day thanks to Heritage Fleet cars 6711-6712.
Today’s young ‘L’ riders miss out on this experience now that the cars have full width cabs for one person operation and air conditioning with sealed windows.
Saturday I cycled 31km roundtrip to Michelle's Farm and back home.
This farm market is located at Sayward Rd. junction with the Lochside Trail
Ostensibly the ride was to checkout my bike's phone app connected to my DJI3 Osmo video camera
This time with camera mounted on my helmet bracket.
There seems to be some issue with the file format the DJI3 recorded in but we're sorting that now.
N.B. Somehow my DJI3 Osmo got switched from 1080p to 4k recording. Even at $178🇨🇦 dollars, Pinnacle Studio 26
WILL NOT process 4k files. Buyer beware! Their blab said it would handle 4k.
