GouGou has a serious issue with all of her paws now and so must wear the Victorian collar to keep from licking them. It also means that she walks very gingerly now so doesn't make big jumps. So now we move the stairs we made to help her reach her window seat over to the front of the couch when we are watching TV so that she can join us on the couch and get down whenever she wants.

The home of my lovely Aunty and Uncle for around 7 years. It is next door to the International School.
Across the river is the pulsing city of Saigon. You can drive there... or why not catch a boat from the private dock? it is MUCH safer.
At the end of the day, relaxing in the pool with a Bombay Sapphire, listening to the boats chug past on the river... a great way to relax and assess the day's events.

Our relaxing seaside B&B getaway during our stay at the Normandy beaches. I think we lucked out when we choose this place, as it was such a quiet and peaceful respite from the busy streets of Paris, and the hordes of tourists from the nearby town of Bayeux and Port-en-Bessin.
The owner and hostess of Les Tamaris was engaging and ever so gracious in driving us around and showing us nearby villages and various sites.
The Tamaris is also within walking distance to the nearby villages & museums of Coleville-sur-Mer (where the American Cemetery is located) and Vierville-sur-mer. There is a lovely restaurant just around the corner from Les Tamaris; where we enjoyed several excellent meals during our stay.
