In this 3D image, given by ultrasound, Dr. Layyous provides an interesting image of a relaxing fetus. We are seeing a frontal side view where baby seems to be relaxing, and could that be some thumb sucking? Thumb sucking has been known to happen in the womb, regardless whether it is occurring here or not, the baby certainly is relaxing or comforting itself.

Adding this to the question - "what is your favourite photo of yourself?" I love this colour of green. It was taken when my cat was a kitten. I love kittens. One of my favourite things to do is to lie down and read and have my pets come and join me.
