Oct.26, 2018: Mount Precipice, also known as Mount of Precipitation, Mount of the Leap of the Lord and Mount Kedumim is located just outside the southern edge of Nazareth, 2.0 km southwest of the modern city center.
It is believed by some to be the site of the Rejection of Jesus described in the Gospel of Luke.: ..."Then He said, "Assuredly, I say to you, no prophet is accepted in his own country. But I tell you truly, many widows were in Israel in the days of Elijah, when the heaven was shut up three years and six months, and there was a great famine throughout all the land; but to none of them was Elijah sent except to Zarephath, in the region of Sidon, to a woman who was a widow. And many lepers were in Israel in the time of Elisha the prophet, and none of them was cleansed except Naaman the Syrian." So all those in the synagogue, when they heard these things, were filled with wrath, and rose up and thrust Him out of the city; and they led Him to the brow of the hill on which their city was built, that they might throw Him down over the cliff. Then passing through the midst of them, He went His way. (Luke 4:14-30)
Courage means doing what you fear most until you succeed

Humiliated, left by the side of the road; before a heap of ashes -- wait -- is that a phoenix I see rising?
This building isn't that old as far as I know. There were signs up advertising a demolition company. That sounded so dramatic. The missing window made it look so sad.
The building is on the grounds of Copenhagen University, Amager.

I'm disappointed at where I am. I'm disappointed with all the rejection I've been thru recently. I've been thinking alot about 'what's out there'. I'm thinking more about why I came here to begin with. My year is up. It's amazing how quickly time passes when you don't think about it. It's also amazing how at the same time, it can drag so slowly ~ when all you want is to recover, heal and move forward.
I think I've found something to put all my energy into. I've been listening to all the words that have been presented before me. I really need to listen to the best advice I was ever given, which was: "If you don't try you've already failed."
I've met a few new people recently in addition to catching up with all my old friends. I have also been spending more time with some of my other new friends. I kept my walls way to high for way to long. Something else I've also learned recently was to maybe not quite let them all the way down, but to at least invite others in. So in that respect I am trying . . . WIth the new people, come the new outlooks, in addition to more positive surroundings. It's great when you can both listen and give feedback and most importantly: not be judged or told I should change.
I'm ready for something new, but if I don't try then I've already failed. Once you've mastered trying, you have to keep trying to be good at it.
