He's also worked with top photographers in the fashion industry; K-rish, Nave Elefano (Inspirawr Music), Sir Jones, D'andre Michael, Bob Delgadillo, Sheri Determan, Gisele (Party by 5) & Gino Studios. Xavier Madera has worked with models from Chris Brown's Legendary Faces Modeling Agency; as well as, top models Leslie Allen & Brianna Michelle. With the introduction of the Yeti line back in 2014, the bar was set. Axial introduced a vehicle that featured independent front suspension(IFS) with a floating solid rear axle, something commonly reserved only for the full size off-road realm. This time around, the decision was made to make things a wee bit smaller, while still providing a high level of performance. Enter, The Yeti Jr.™ SCORE® Trophy Truck® - RTR. We’ve taken all that you’ve come to love and appreciate in the Yeti chassis, but shrunk it down to 1/18th scale. It’s powered by a 380 sized brushed motor which provides the perfect amount of torque and speed for this tiny Trophy Truck® monster. Also featuring a bespoke all-in-one programmable Tactic ESC and receiver, paired with a 3-wire micro high torque steering servo. At the end of the day, the goal was to build a simple, fun, and easy to drive Yeti that anyone can handle. The hardest part about the Yeti Jr.™ SCORE® Trophy Truck® is making sure you have enough battery packs charged in order to keep the adventure alive! And to top it off we went straight to Roger Norman, CEO/President of SCORE® International, for his blessing and for official licensing.
National Register plaque for the First Methodist Episcopal Church at 219 W. Stafford in Stafford Kansas. Built c.1925 and it is the third church buiding on the site. It was designed by Don Schuler, Frank Lloyd Wright's site architect for the Henry J. Allen house in Wichita Kansas. He used many of Wright's ideas in the church.

The Orange County Register celebrated readers’ favorite places to dine, shop and be entertained at a special reception on Thursday, September 24 at the City National Grove in Anaheim.
The event was held to celebrate the release of the 22nd annual edition of the Best of Orange County, a glossy magazine that will be included in subscriber copies of the Register on Sunday, Sept. 27. A full list of winners will also be available at ocregister.com/best.
Over 150,000 votes were cast to select top winners in 95 categories across the county.

The number of Trucks, Vans* and Special Purpose Vehicles (Light, Medium & Heavy) registered + licenced in Hong Kong seems to fluctuate between 120,000 - 125,000 vehicles and presumably new trucks registered are offset by old trucks being retired or sold over the border in China.
*Vans are classified as Light Goods Vehicles and are not shown in this album
In Hong Kong Trucks are classified as GOODS VEHICLES By the Transport Department - see below
☛Light Goods Vehicles - Goods vehicles of permitted gross vehicle weight not exceeding 5.5 tonnes.
☛Medium Goods Vehicles - Goods vehicles of permitted gross vehicle weight exceeding 5.5 tonnes but not exceeding 24 tonnes.
☛Heavy Goods Vehicles - Goods vehicles of permitted gross vehicle weight exceeding 24 tonnes but not exceeding 38 tonnes.
The major truck types you tend to see in urban areas are trucks carrying construction materials or waste, dump trucks, concrete mixers and all sizes of delivery trucks... outside of the urban areas it is container trucks and large trucks carrying construction materials.

Hong Kong is a brand conscious place even for trucks (!) hence the popularity of the European brands, Scania and Man are very popular and even the older trucks look the business and they are utterly reliable.
Isuzu is the market leader in terms of sale volume for all types of trucks.

Allegheny Commons is significant under National Register Criterion A in the area of Community Planning and Development and under Criterion C in the area of Landscape Architecture. With a period of significance extending from 1868 to 1967, Allegheny Commons is the oldest public park in Pittsburgh, the city's only formal urban park, and one of the first public parks developed west of the Allegheny Mountains. As such, Allegheny Commons embodies the distinctive characteristics of a sequence of movements in landscape design and urban park development from the 1860s to the 1960s, both as they emerged nationally and as they were adopted locally in Pittsburgh . Its character as a large park located in the center of a dense urban setting derives from the fact that the land was set aside for common grazing pasture when the once-independent town of Allegheny was surveyed in 1788. As Allegheny urbanized in the mid-191th century, the commons became derelict and disused, until its citizens pressed for it to be transformed into a public park. In this, Allegheny followed the lead of other cities such as New York, Boston, and Philadelphia, which were then developing elaborate public parks in which their citizens could seek despite from industrial pollution and urban overcrowding, and led the Pittsburgh region in public open space planning. The park was designed by the firm of Mitchell and Grant in 1867 utilizing a combination of formal, classical planning and picturesque landscape design which was ideally suited to its unique site . Over the ensuing. 100 years, Allegheny Commons retained many of the character-defining features of its original design, while accommodating an increasing emphasis on recreational activities in the early 20th century as well as elements of modern landscape design added pursuant to park planning campaigns in the 1930s and the 1960s.
