Held on November 14–20 at the Life Hope Center in Silang, Cavite, Philippines, the Mission Refocus training gathers the first batch of missionaries for preparation and deployment. The program focuses on equipping participants for mission service, strengthening commitment to outreach, and supporting the church’s initiative to expand global mission efforts.
I decided that I need to refocus a bit. Lately I have been staying out and up late, eating junk food, not exercising, and just letting myself slip a bit. So today (after a glorious 13 hours of sleep) I decided to readjust the lifestyle a bit...nothing major, just more sleep and eating better. I stocked up on fruits before work and then grabbed some veggies on the way home. Hopefully I can stick to this new routine.
