A sider angle of the same view I posted recently, across a pool on Slieve Muck in the Mourne Mountains, County Down, Northern Ireland.
Just missing some clouds. The extremes of Iceland. We had plenty of snow over night and this beautiful day.
I like colorful fall reflections on water and I am always on the lookout for them. When I saw these at Bond Falls in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan I was amazed. The day before in the afternoon there was nothing like this, but at 9:00 am the next day the river was covered in color. I went to work and recorded many different images.
To make this I had to use a tripod, shoot at 100 ISO, have a slow shutter, and a small aperture. I spent most of my time shooting the little mini-falls that precede the dramatic bottom falls.
Camera settings: ISO 100, aperture f/13, shutter .3 sec, focal length 48 mm

Taken for the Crazy Tuesday of reflection in spoons. I found this much harder to get a shot that I was reasonably happy with than I expected but this is the best of a bad bunch of shots! HCT
The low point of view downstream from the main waterfall there allowed for getting its reflection. Taken along Falling Branch there in Maryland.

While I was strolling through Düsseldorf's old town looking for a new motif, I discovered a lamp shop in a backyard. Here I was wandering around a bit when the owner spotted me and, since I had a Leica in my hand, he allowed me to visit and photograph the different lamps. A real Leica fan :))))))
So I went to work.
