Yesterday I found out reflection of the moon on the river surface, and took this shot from the Sunset Bridge over the Manose River. The moon was almost full (14 days old), and the river was very calm at that moment. For the first time I realized that the moon was reflected on the water so brightly and clearly.
昨日の日没直後，吹上海浜公園のサンセットブリッジから月を眺めていたところ，川面に月が映っていることに気付きました．月がこんなに明るくはっきり水に映ることを初めて実感しました．

While I was sitting taking photos of the birds at the birdbath this afternoon I noticed the reflection of the sun setting in our blue glass sphere in the front garden. When I saw it on the computer tonight I noticed the reflection was of our home up on the hill behind me.

The recent rains left a large pool of still water allowing for an interesting reflection of the great Ananda Temple in Bagan, Myanmar.

I seem to have a thing for reflections these days. Again I was lucky, didn't know this place existed. And who knows, maybe it ceased to exist just after I left.

Spent the New Year out in the land yacht hunkered down in the Sierra foothills partaking in a 4 year tradition that will change next year because of this park's weak backbone when it comes to enforcing their "rules"...

Since the number 808 is the same backwards, forwards and upside down, the theme for Down Under Challenge No. 808 is reflections. The number 808 is supposed to appear in the image, so I've included it here, though, because I didn't want to mess up the image, you'll have to look for it...
This is a composite of two images: I took the stilt and its reflection from another image and placed it over/under the reflected image of Mt Tamalpais. Both shots were taken in the Corte Madera Marsh.
