Each morning, we should pause to let our soul grow quiet and reconnect with our Creator. In the stillness, as the world wakes, we find space to reflect, give thanks, and center our hearts. A few moments of prayer grounds us, bringing clarity and peace to carry into the hours ahead. By breathing deeply, releasing distractions, and opening ourselves to divine guidance, we can begin the day with purpose and gratitude.
First picture of my series Reflections, all taken in the Albufera of Valencia.
Albufera means, according to its Arab origin, small sea.
In some poems it was called the Mirror of the Sun.
On the technical side, say that I only used a neutral gradient three steps filter.

Water flying all about
Reflections swimming coloured green
In natures mirror, they are seen
Trees that drown, trees that rise
Placing beauty in all eyes
That see water flying all about

Photo was taken six years ago, it was almost forgotten.
This photo is taken from the boat ride between Disney Springs to Disney's Old Key West Resort at about 5pm. The water was still, the reflections amazing, and you can see far off in the distance as the waterway meanders to its end.
When the rain takes a pause, the world leaves behind its little mirrors. 🍂✨ This puddle turned a quiet corner of the path into a canvas of fall colors and fleeting reflections. It’s like nature’s way of saying, “Slow down, look closer, there’s beauty even in the smallest things.”

In the local pharmacy today to get a flu shot and my brother has a birthday coming up this Friday, so I was getting a card...
with mirrors everywhere in the store, it was filled with reflections.
Thought I'd throw in an angle shot as well.
