This is an old picture that I found. I intended to post it a long time ago but never got around to it. It is a little stream out in the country (the middle of nowhere Kansas actually) that I drove by and turned around and went back to look again. The only thing I did to this was crop it. I hope you enjoy it.
I saw this reflection from on top of a hill. I ran down the hill to get close. It was early morning around 8am. The water was calm and the colors were super bright!
This City now doth, like a garment, wear
The beauty of the morning; silent, bare,
Ships, towers, domes, theatres and temples lie
Open unto the fields, and to the sky;
All bright and glittering in the smokeless air.
~William Wordsworth
Leipzig's Christmas Market has its centre on the Market Square in front of the Old Town Hall, where you will also find the Christmas tree decorated with lights and the nativity scene. There I didn't manage to take photos, because it was too crowded. But from the Market Square, the Christmas Fair spreads out over large parts of the city centre, sometimes with special attractions such as this ferris wheell, which normally is very well frequented.
Some nice reflections as warm light was catching these trees just as the sun was trying to burn through the last of the mist.
Reflection madness!
I love a good reflection and this one just made me smile. Our November skies have been pretty amazing this year and this particular moment really stood out to me. With no wind, it was almost perfect.
