At the higher level where folks wait in line to board a tram to the upper levels of the Getty Museum this calm reflecting pool shows the beautiful bare trees nearby.
Washington, D.C. Early 1930s (guessing). Maybe it's the angle of the camera, but doesn't the Washington monument look a little off center? I haven't been there for years, so maybe it really is like that.
Wandering the Mall on Saturday. The place was a little trashed, from a rally, and somewhat under construction. These two found a little peace.

There was low cloud cover over DC today. I wanted to see how the city lights and low cloud looked in the DC Mall area. The reflecting pond was like glass only for a few minutes..

Reflections at the end of the water element in the Japanese Garden at the Como Conservatory St. Paul, Minnesota.

A young beautiful woman is feeding enjoyably wild mallard ducks at the Reflecting Pool of the US Capitol, Washington, DC.
See the other duck in line while waiting for his turn to get its share of biscuit.
