Haven't been taking too many pictures recently. I still have quite a few that have potential sitting around.

This is panorama of several stitched images. The final image is 56 megapixels showing 180+ degrees of view. I worked on it for awhile and then left it only to come back to it today. The composition isn't as symmetrical as I would like but I got over it.

Went to Long Reef this morning, another cloudless morning =( , it was Cold!!!!!!!!!, not much to report apart from the blue ringed octopus just centimetres away from where I was standing!! luckily for both of us we went our separate ways

I basically cut my teeth surfing here. It is known as an intermediate spot, but I can tell you from experience it can dish out expert level quality on occasion. You surf what you bring with you. So if it's small and hollow and you have a longboard, you better be ready for the drop. Pleasure Point in general, is a great surf spot. I could walk from my place in a couple of minutes and be at the Hook. Then I could stop for pizza on my way home. Those were great days, but the place is changed now with so many people. Big Days at Rockview will always remind me how much fun I had.

After taking an online PADI course in the fall, they finished their open water certification at Glover's Atoll Resort with flying colors. Their instructor, Allison Caswell is very thorough and great with kids. Following certification the boys went on four boat dives with Lise and the Glover's divemaster.
