Midway through their display over the waters off the coast of Southport, two of the Red Arrows aircraft began to encircle the other pilots in the team. While the seven in the centre send out trails of white smoke in their wake, the two aerobatic planes send trails of red and blue smoke that spiral around the central seven.

Vandaag, 17 maart 2011 bereikte het nieuwbouwproject De Kroon het hoogste punt. De Wijnhavenkwartier Ontwikkeling Fase 1 CV viert dit feestelijke moment samen met Marnix Norder, Wethouder van Stadsontwikkeling, Volkshuisvesting en Integratie.
Marnix Norder (de linker persoon, in het witte jack) sprong donderdag abseilend van de 130 meter hoge toren in het Wijnhavenkwartier. Daarmee vierde hij het bereiken va het hoogste punt van de toren. Norder zegt zijn stunt 'retespannend' te vinden.
Over belangstelling had hij niet te klagen.

The Red Arrows flying over BBC Scotland and the Glasgow Science Centre on their way to Celtic Park to join the Commonwealth Games opening ceremony.
This is another of my female friends, who loves doing pictures with me. For this shot we went to a common place for my taking pictures. The maak was hers. It all came together nicely for the both of us. She named her maak Ms. Meow and it stuck for creative pictures together everywhere we go to take pictures.
I was told that's what the youngsters in Beeston call it...

A different synchro pair from the Yeovilton Air Day. These two are from the Royal Saudi Air Force.
The Saudis fly the same BAE Hawks as the RAF Red Arrows, and use Red, White and Green smoke. Their routines were designed with the help of the RAF Red Arrows. The current team hold the world record for the largest sky-painting ever made.

Another shot of the Red Arrows synchro pair performing at RNAS Yeovilton. The synchro pair are often the most impressive part of the display, seemingly getting even closer together than the larger precision formations.
This year the pair, Red 6 and Red 7 are flown by Flight Lieutenant Ben Plank and Flight Lieutenant Chris Lyndon-Smith.

I’ve got this problem that I can’t open my heart with people.
I find it hard to really be myself with others, I usually tend to hide my feelings, my thoughts, my ideas. I don’t speak a lot and I’m generally a loner, even when I’m surrounded with people.
It happens sometimes that I find that one person which I can be truly myself with, my heart and my mind start to spill out words, feelings, love and gratitude in general like smoke out of a flame.
I’m still taking a risk while letting my heart’s door open since in my life I’ve often found people who used to take advantage of this opening just to mock me, but that’s not a problem anymore, I will learn when it will be worth to let my candle’s flame burn for someone :)
