横浜の野毛都橋に行ってみました。
午後3時過ぎ、運河に張り出した通路をBARの店主と思しき人は私を怪訝そうに眺め通りすぎて行きました。
I went to Nogemiyabashi in Yokohama's downtown area.
It was a little after 3pm and a man who seemed to be the owner of a bar passed by on a walkway jutting out over the canal, looking at me suspiciously.
This city is a dirty old Hoe...but I love her :)

St. Pauli ist ein Stadtteil der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg. Durch das in St. Pauli gelegene Vergnügungsviertel entlang der Reeperbahn ist der Name weit über die Grenzen der Stadt hinaus bekannt.

St. Pauli is a district of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. Thanks to the entertainment district along the Reeperbahn in St. Pauli, the name is known far beyond the city's borders.

日本の伝統的な歓楽街の野毛都橋は、私が良く行く渋谷とだいぶ違っていました。この運河に張り出した建物は横浜市の歴史的建造物に指定されているそうです。確かに50年ぐらい時間が止まってるように見えます。
渋谷は最近規制がどんどん強化されていますが、若者がいなくなると50年後にはこの様なレトロな街になってしまうのでしょうか？
Noge Miyakobashi, a traditional Japanese downtown area, was quite different from Shibuya, which I often visit. This building jutting out over the canal is apparently designated as a historic building by Yokohama City. It certainly looks as if time has stopped for about 50 years. Shibuya has recently been undergoing increasingly strict regulations, but will the town become a retro one like this in 50 years' time if the young people leave?
Whatever the imagination is capable of, it will be done on the Las Ramblas in Barcelona, Spain. The tenacity of each performer to be able to sit for hours on end completely still is amazing. Let alone the heat and their costumes. In particular this man looks like he is covered in chocolate, this is a heat magnet as well.
Stoofstraat 8, Bruges, Belgium
This narrow alleyway is known as Stoofstraat (Stove Street). In the past, this was a red light district where the elite would often visit. Today, the alleyway is full of little boutiques and workshops and makes for great photos.
18/01/2019; The Oude Kerk from a less photographed angle... quite possibly because just outside of the frame of this photo to the right, there's some kind of shop with such bright lights that even an OR feels atmospherical (hence the fairly tight frame).
