The Healing Touch
Traditional Chinese Cupping refers to an ancient Chinese practice of moxibustion therapy in which a cup is applied to the skin on your back and the pressure in the cup is reduced by using the heat from a flame that creates suction so that the skin and superficial muscle layer is drawn and held into the cup.
In this traditional medicinal practice, the skin is pinched at specific acupuncture key points until a redness is generated. This treatment has some relation to certain massage techniques along the back that is an important aspect of tuina.
EARLY HISTORY
The earliest use of cupping that is recorded is from the famous Taoist alchemist and herbalist, Ge Hong (281–341 A.D.).

I had the most difficult time with this image, and in fact it took three iterations from scratch. My hypothesis is that the strong influence of traffic signs and/or Christmas decorations didn't help lend coherency here.

Action Photo taken during the Greater Southwest Jr Nationals held at Santa Ana Star Center in Rio Rancho. I had a little time before the awards presentations, which i take them receiving there medals on a podium. I had 4 photographers covering all the action for two days, and 3 Sales associates to help sale the action photos at our on-site Kiosk.The Star Center has a Nice Cat walk and there lighting is great there as well.

A project in a "Title Sequence" course i took in visual communications department in Bezalel academy. Our assignment was to choose a book and create a title sequence for a film/series based on it. I chose "Boomerang" by Raviv Druker and Ofer Shelach, a book that deals with the failure of the leadership in israel concerning the second intifada.
