What I believe is southbound NS train 311 is backing up to reconnect to its train that it left at 25th Street. NS 311 usually cuts its cars at 25th, pulls ahead through WR Tower, then backs into AO Smith Yard. Pulls ahead then backs up to reconnect to the rest of his train. Extra crew member today, perhaps trainee?
