i remember bout 9 years back when zoo still just newly set up... my good friend and buddy - Joshua, he design himself and get his 1st tattoo done...
after getting few more pieces of tattoo.. he's looking for something big :p
well.. from the very 1st old piece, it's kinda hard to expand further.. so Kosta, blends it with a bio-mech design :)

was thinking last night what it must be like to be in that place where we as humans start to lose our innocence. I really started to think of what it must be like to be a young girl who is becoming a women, how scary it must be. I cant imagine the fear and joy that comes along with womanhood. Since I myself am not a women I don't think I am the best person to capture that emotion but the fact that it has been in my thoughts I felt as if I needed to finish this thought in the form of a photo. I hope everyone enjoys.
Its been a couple months since I've done a series project and I've decided to do a 365 to open up my creative mind and really start pushing boundaries again. I've had a rough roller coaster ride of kicks and giggles in 2010 specially with my photography. I feel like I've been sitting in a giant rut and I'm going to prove to the world that Ty Heimerl is still moving forward. So this year 365 days of rebirth, 52 themed weeks to show the world that I'm not dead, just reborn... Starting from the basics...

Sometimes I wish I could be reborn.
Rebirth seems like such a good thing.
Rebirth as in growth.
As in change.
As in acceptance.
If we all had the capacity to grow, change, and accept
things would be better.
To strip all things of their facades and reveal truth.
things would be better.
But what would the truth do?
Would the good that follows outweigh the chaos that ensues?
Would this rebirth into a truthful world be beneficial?
Or detrimental?
Sometimes I just want to be reborn.
I feel so drained. So washed up.
The thought of starting anew seems so delightful.
One day I will feel reborn.
It will be a good day.
Aujourd'hui(enfin hier), sur un coup de tête, j'ai décidé de renommer Auria et de changer son histoire. Alors laissez-moi vous présenter Lukassa, inspirée par le personnage de même nom du livre “The Innkeeper's Song” auquel elle me fait penser depuis que je l'ai lu.
Pour résumer son histoire, dans le livre, Lukassa s'est noyée et a ensuite été ramenée a la vie par un des autres personnages. Cette expérience l'a un peu traumatisée, elle en a perdu la mémoire et a développé semble-t-il des dons un peu spéciaux.
Dans ma version des faits, c'est un peu diffèrent. Comme beaucoup d’âmes aventurières, ma Lukassa a entrepris la quête de la Rivière Noire, qui serait selon les légendes, la porte vers un monde nouveau, un monde complètement diffèrent du notre et bien plus encore...
Mais elle, elle est la seule a être revenue. Seule mortelle a connaître les secrets des Sombres Courants, secrets qu'elle refuse catégoriquement de partager avec qui que ce soit. Il ne faut mémé pas soulever le sujet devant elle, elle se mettrait a hurler. Elle se mettrait a hurler aussi, si vous parlez un peu beaucoup de mort devant elle, ou si vous lui poser des questions sur sa vie d'avant son voyage, dont elle semble ne garder aucun souvenir.
Elle se sent également mal a l'aise près des personnes ayant fait couler du sang. Elle supporte également mal la lumière du soleil couchant.
Lukassa a beau avoir l'air très douce et fragile, il ne faut surtout pas la prendre pour une faible et la sous-estimer. Cette fille a des pouvoirs incroyables, des dons dont on ne soupçonnerait pas l'existence. Et elle a toujours Vanadis qui veille sur elle.
Niveau relation avec les autres, Vanadis la considère comme sa protégée, et elle est également très proche de Masha, dont la présence l'apaise. Elle évite Ciaran au plus possible, parce que “il a du sang sur les mains” (c'est un ancien soldat en même temps...) et puis elle le soupçonne de ne pas être très net et n'aime pas le voir se rapprocher de Vanadis. Par contre, elle aime beaucoup l’écouter jouer de la musique (mais de loin)
Et finalement, elle n’apprécie pas du tout Bladhaire/Narith (pullip Mir a venir) et celle-ci lui rend la pareille.
Niveau custo, elle va sûrement finir avec une wig grise, un obitsu 25cm et peut-être de nouveaux yeux (ou alors je vais simplement customiser ceux-la pour les rendre plus sombres)
Par contre, j'ai serieusement du mal a la prendre en photo cette petite, autant elle est belle en vrai, autant en photo.... je pense bien que quand j'aurais mon MSC, elle subira quelques legeres modifications. Ninou-chan a fait un superbe travail sur son make-up, c'est ma fiche descriptive qui craignait.

I was inspired from this beautiful poem for this serie of paintings dedicated to the rebirth of every creature after death. I believe that we are all energy and we belong to the universe and we vibrate with it.
When we die we become rain, tree , flower, butterfly...
