We were recently on a Duck Boat Tour and I captured the driver in the rearview mirror. Funny how that came out instead of the shot I was trying to get.

Pretty in Pink's shot of her daughter came to mind when this beautiful view appeared in my rearview mirror. I know it's very boring, but it was an experiment. I found myself backed into a parking space with a hell of a view. So, here it is. That mountain in the distance is called Catalina about 23 miles across the Pacific Ocean. Glad there was no smog.

Looking back at White Rock Bay, about twenty minutes into the return trip on Lakeside Trail. I've gained about 300 feet in elevation.
