A creepy village specializing in the production of paper effigies for the dead is filmed in Vietnam.
About 30km from the center of Hanoi capital, Phuc Am village is well known as a place to produce effigies that have existed for about 20 years.
In the early days of the "month of the soul", the effigy was produced and displayed throughout the house to the street.
"You will be terrified to come to this creepy village. Especially in the evening, It's like you're in the negative realm, the world of the dead."
The effigy is made of paper and bamboo, and the color is bright and frightening with many different shapes.
In Vietnam to be able to send money and supplies to people in the negative realm, people burn negative money and many other types of objects that are usual.

I ran out of creative titles for my photos years ago.
But then... A few weeks ago. I stumbled upon this list, somewhere on the internet, and it totally cracked me up.
YESSSSSSS!!!! I can use this to create new photo titles for the next couple of years.
Anyway... This is an infrared I shot last week of a creepy looking dead tree I found near Pensicola.

She is both guardian and wanderer—an emissary of mythic realms where technology and spirit intertwine. Her presence bends the forest’s breath, calling dormant magic awake. Light gathers at her wand’s tip like a whispered prophecy, and the world around her shifts into a dreamscape of wonder, ancestry, and power. She is the bridge between realms—elegant, fierce, and eternal.
I.
In the hush of the grove where the dusk-light sings,
She rises—golden pulse beneath obsidian skin.
A Nubia Fairy crowned in ancestral flame,
Carrying the hush of forgotten worlds within.
II.
Her wings hum softly with the memory of stars,
Etched in patterns older than the forest’s bones.
Every shimmer a scripture of cosmic design,
Every flutter a hymn the universe intones.
III.
She walks between timelines with barefoot grace,
A keeper of echoes, a sculptor of fate.
Her wand glows violet with the breath of dawn,
Unraveling shadows the night tried to create.
IV.
The trees lean inward to honor her stride,
Leaves trembling like worshippers in sacred trance.
Even the wind pauses to witness her glow,
As moonbeams gather to join her dance.
V.
She is myth reborn in luminous form,
A whisper of thunder wrapped in gentle light.
Her presence bends the silence of the grove,
Turning ordinary dusk into enchanted night.
VI.
Legends cling to her silhouette like dew,
Stories rising from the soil beneath her feet.
She is the promise carved into ancient stone,
Where destiny and dream forever meet.
VII.
Her gaze holds galaxies waiting to bloom,
Constellations stirring behind her eyes.
She carries the weight of a thousand realms,
Yet moves like a secret carried by the skies.
VIII.
So remember her name when twilight calls,
The Nubia Fairy who guards the unseen.
A sovereign of wonder, carved from starlit truth,
Walking boldly through the space between.

We couldn't belive that an abandoned place like this even exist until we were seeing it with our own eyes. Around 70 animals of ten species were living in this former reptile park in the past - including various species of crocodiles, but also snakes, lizards and giant spiders. At first, this place was a rescue center for animals which were seized by customs or which simply grew too big for their former holders. But then it became some kind of zoo.

Thoth-Amon looks down at Suigintou... He still can not believe she is at his mercy. "If you beg I Promise to kill you fast," said Thoth-Amon laughing at her as he held his blade to her throat.
Suigintou only smiled and spit in to his face with as much hate in her heart as she had with in her... a little known fact about this Angel her body is full of the diseased from win she was taken by the beings that lived with in the realm of decay.
Thoth-Amon not knowing of this Curse wipes the spit off of face and than licks his fingers as he looked down at her. "Oh you taste so good! tell you what lets bring the kids back they can watch what I do to you next!!" Said Thoth-Amon with a very crazed look win in his eyes for he finely found a girl as evil as him in side and out!!
But what Thoth-Amon dose not know what that the little children have escaped from his Cage and now were running in to the realm of sweet dreams... well all the children but young little Poe.

A giant ghostly steed leaping high over a blood-red sea?
No, not a fantasy, but Wiltshire's Alton Barnes White Horse, viewed from a field of poppies near Upavon!
I was driving nearby this old pier and the storm clouds were perfect for long exposure, so I gave it a go. I'm very pleased how this came out. I shot and posted this in February of 2011 with a different perspective. Some great Flickr members also had posted some awesome shots of this pier.
The exposure was 180 seconds using the Lee Big Stopper ND filter using the Canon 16-35mm f2.8 lens.
Converted in PS to black and white. In Channel mixer duplicated Agfa black and white film. I also soften the sky. View in lightbox.

After a couple of hours wandering this woodland, I came across this scene. It had everything I was looking for and I knew it would suit a 16:9 perfectly, it provides a cinematic view into what felt like a mythical and mysterious world.
This is just one of thousands of narrow streets leading away from the main arterial roads in the world of Hong Kong.
The latex fractal realm gose on forever in every direction. Im in the foto, but its so big you maybe cannot see me as im like a little dot. This is the rubber-realm of the latex goddess, who is shiny me :) and is beyond latex time and space.
