Found in an abandoned clinic deep in Bavaria, Germany. This clinic was once frequented by the rich and famous. Since the owner changed it dies a slow death...
The complete waterfall (called Sjávarfoss, river Fossá in Hvalfjörður - Iceland) is very beautiful by itself, and it even has a U shape, which you actually realize only when you get close to it.
This rock kept calling my attention. It was standing there by itself in a perpetual downpour. So I thought of devoting a closer frame just to it. All that water around the rock serves as a reflector on the green moss. It was shot late at dusk.

This is the floor inside beneath the temple complex. I made a mosaic of an Ancient Aztec god, but for me that wasn't good enough because I needed more cheese slopes. This is really pretty disappointing as I had high hopes for the mosaic and the idea was brilliant in my mind, but time ran out, and so did parts, so this was all I could do so far. I will try again though I think!
Any advice is welcome :) .

Ravenghost Studio:
Hello everybody :)
Today I want to show you my latest creation starring a scene from Avengers Engame: The Quantum Realm Portal which the Avengers used for time traveling.
After seeing that scene in the movie I immediately wanted to build that time machine. Especially the shaping was a big challenge and it took a long time to find the the right techniques.
Unfortunately the version of Hulk in the Quantum Suit isn´t available till December, therefore I had to use the normal version of him.
For the MOC I got inspirations from Ranghaal (www.flickr.com/photos/154489981@N04), Dr. Zarkow (www.flickr.com/photos/dr-zarkow), Gabe F (www.flickr.com/photos/144260104@N03) and hellboy.lego (www.flickr.com/photos/hellboy95).
Thanks for watching :)
It is possible to spend one's entire lifetime without ever experiencing the mystical realms or even without being aware of their existence.

Reuploaded this, felt that it was too heavily edited and the three subjects were too overwhelming hence i changed it to only one. Concept of this shot is that sometimes we have really negative feelings that surface and we allow a portal (hence frame) to open inside that allow our demons to come through. It's easy to get caught up with these feelings, though we should try to learn not to give in to them. Then again maybe it just applies to me :) instagram.com/yanweitan
This golden beast with scorpion-like tail rules his realm of sand. Not the biggest of dragon kind, but size matters not in harsh environments like desert. Velocity matters, so those dragons can run and fly really fast.
Actually I thought I'd never be able to take a picture like this, because there are no deserts in metropolis, obviously. Well, last week I was going to the store and I've seen a HUGE piles of sand with no fences around. I don't know how tall it is, a few floors tall, I guess, I felt really tiny when I stood at the base of it (but I'm smol myself).
I postponed all further plans for that day, though my plans were urgent, and rushed home to take the dragon with me and go back to that miraculous sand mountain. The bus didn't show up for quite a long time and I was extremely worried that the sun will set soon and it will be too dark (the day was also cloudy). But I arrived exactly at that beautiful short time on the sunset when the light is absolutely magical, and the sun has graced me by coming out from behind the clouds. :D I'm really proud of this picture!
I did thought about maybe taking more pictures with the minifigures, but when I checked the mountain the first time, I realised the sand grain is too big (not like on a beach) and dirty and it probably would not look well with the minifigures. Also I was afraid to spend too much time by taking them out of the boxes and missing the rare bus.
So I took only the dragon - of course, it should be the dragon! After all, it's the Year of the Dragon! ;) And I would like to have a picture for all my pet dragons from LEGO sets one day. For most of them I took at least one picture in previous years, so I'm thinking about those who has never appeared in my pictures before.
“Faerie is a perilous land, and in it are pitfalls for the unwary and dungeons for the overbold...The realm of fairy-story is wide and deep and high and filled with many things: all manner of beasts and birds are found there; shoreless seas and stars uncounted; beauty that is an enchantment, and an ever-present peril; both joy and sorrow as sharp as swords. In that realm a man may, perhaps, count himself fortunate to have wandered, but its very richness and strangeness tie the tongue of a traveller who would report them. And while he is there it is dangerous for him to ask too many questions, lest the gates should be shut and the keys be lost.”

Keep up with me on Facebook!
A walk through a forest realm in Middle-earth or maybe it's just Over Hacking Woods ...... in the footsteps of JRR Tolkien on the Tolkien Trail and you can just imagine a hobbit appearing at any time.
Many of the areas around Hurst Green are based on places mentioned in The Lord of The Rings book because he visited this area frequently in the 1940's when his eldest son John was studying for the priesthood at Stonyhurst College.

There's such a sad love
Deep in your eyes a kind of pale jewel
Open and closed
Within your eyes
I'll place the sky
Within your eyes
There's such a fooled heart
Beatin' so fast
In search of new dreams
A love that will last
Within your heart
I'll place the moon
Within your heart
As the pain sweeps through
Makes no sense for you
Every thrill is gone
Wasn't too much fun at all
But I'll be there for you-ou-ou
As the world falls down
Falling
As the world falls down
Falling
Falling in love
I'll paint you mornings of gold
I'll spin you Valentine evenings though we're strangers 'til now
We're choosing the path
Between the stars
I'll leave my love
Between the stars
As the pain sweeps through
Makes no sense for you
Every thrill is gone
Wasn't too much fun at all
But I'll be there for you-ou-ou
As the world falls down
Falling
As the world falls down
Falling
Falling
As the world falls down
Falling
Falling
Falling
Falling in love
As the world falls down
Falling
Falling
Falling
Falling in love
As the world falls down
Makes no sense at all
Makes no sense to fall
Falling
As the world falls down
Falling
Falling
Falling in love
As the world falls down
Falling
Falling
Falling in love
Falling in love

It's All Saint's Day so me and my family spent the good day at the cemetery where our ancestors are. We had all sorts of food prepared and spent the day eating, lighting candles and incense sticks.
I'm totally drained so I'm breaking my sleep record and go hit the sack at 10.30pm!!
May your November be full of blessings.

we fall in quiet pieces.
little by little, forgotten in the glass realms
where everything, and anything,
and something, and nothing
look the same, feel the same.
trapped in the crevice,
the monolithic silence that weeps
pulling on ears, dreaming in tears.
wiping people like a sick disease.
quietly taking people under
the deep black waters
of something hidden underneath.
quiet. do you hear?
A laugh. A cry. the cynics wails
in the flood of his disgrace.
fallen, then people dance.
the optimists smile and laugh again.
and the cycle continues,
till one by one, they are all consumed.
the infinite realm is a scary place.
I shine the torch of truth
only to have it shone back at me
the intense white
sped through the many prisms
that sting my sight. I cannot see.
and we are in
a dancing limbo. no songs.
no music. only the eerie silence.
I used to put borders on my pictures, but not anymore :)
Hope you like it !

What you need to know about the past is that no matter what has happened, it has all worked together to bring you to this very moment.
and it is at this moment you create the present and the future that will be the past to someone else
