You never know where you’ll end up when you sail off into the Sea of Enchantment, but if you close your eyes and wish hard and think playful thoughts, the winds might take you to the Realm of Unicornia. With its friendly neighbor, the Land of the Blue Dragon, the Realm of Unicornia welcomes all visitors, no matter how you get there. This lovely map shows the seaward edge of this marvelous land, with its gateway city, Joytopia (a happier place, you’ll never find) and the realm’s most famous landmark, the Horn Lamp, which shines out over the waves as a beacon of warmth.

As Orthodox legend tells, in Anno Dominie 891, Greece sailors suffering the monstrous sea storm began to pray about salvation for St George, who has appeared on this coast, pacifying the storm. When moored to the coast sailors revealed the holy's icon. In honor of this event the monastery has been founded on the cliff. First written reflections dealt with this monastery are dated by 1578 AD. Since 1598 Moscow Tsar Boris Godunoff began to sponsore this monastery. St George monastery produced services, even during Muslim realm in Crimea. In contrast to other Christian sanctuariums it was never devastated by Tatars. This is explained by coincident that great hero of Tatars' legend killed the dragon and rescued the beautiful who ought to be dragon's victim (the aborigines version of myth about Perseus). But just the same mounted hero, killing the dragon has been depicted on monastery's schield! So Tatars considered it as their own holy. The second matter is Tatars' respect to water and to George's healing spring just at this monastery.
All monastery's buildings suffered hardly from Nazi's hands during 1941-1944. The Sevastopol city and it's vicinity were the arena of especially violent battles. And now it is recovering slowly from ruines

In the realm of modern art, Salvador Dalí stands as a towering figure whose works transcend the boundaries of time and perception. A master of surrealism, Dalí's oeuvre is a testament to the power of imagination, challenging viewers to explore the depths of their unconscious. His influence persists, weaving through the fabric of contemporary art, inspiring artists to push the limits of reality and delve into the fantastical. Among such inspired is the integration of Zdzisław Beksiński's haunting visions, marrying the surreal with the apocalyptic. This series, "Echoes of Surrealism," is an homage to Dalí's indelible mark on the art world, reimagined through muted colours and the eerie, dystopian landscapes reminiscent of Beksiński. It serves as a bridge between the dreamlike absurdities of Dalí and the profound unease of Beksiński's post-apocalyptic visions, offering viewers a glimpse into a world where the boundaries of time, space, and form are endlessly malleable.
Poem:
In twilight realms where clocks dissolve in grace,
Beneath the gaze of eyes that sea and sky embrace,
Dalí's dreamscape sprawls, a canvas wide and deep,
Where shadows dance, and silent whispers creep.
Through twisted forms and landscapes stark and bleak,
Beksiński's echoes in muted hues do speak.
A fusion born from minds that time can't tether,
Their visions merged, like storm clouds heavy with weather.
In this surreal embrace, past and future collide,
With every stroke, a new universe is implied.
The persistence of memory, in every line,
Reveals a truth beyond the reach of time.
Here, in the depth of dreams' darkest heart,
Artists conjure worlds, tearing reality apart.
Dalí's legacy, through this series, finds rebirth,
A testament to his enduring worth.
As we stand before these gates of perception wide,
Let us step through, with eyes open wide,
To explore the landscapes of the mind,
Where the boundaries of art and soul are intertwined.
Haiku:
Time's fabric frays here,
Dalí's dreams and shadows merge,
Eternal, yet clear.
Shot these two beautiful client vehicles back in May for a friend/client I work with often on real estate work. He was looking to showcase his two immaculate BMW M5's before he sold the grey one shortly after this. These photos act as a memorandum to him achieving what he has in life and being able to own two of these gorgeous vehicles at one time.
Haven't posted a shoot in a while as this was an incredibly busy summer with things outside of automotive photography for me, mainly in the real estate realm of photography which was nice and refreshing, but for 2015 I feel that coming back to the automotive scene as strongly as possible will be my plan!

The Quest Takes Wing
They lift our spirits. They adorn our world. They are revered as the messengers of heaven. Yet, you might not know that birds and their beautiful songs have long been deep in the fight against the Unweaver.
And now, the Bard Queen is worried.
The Unweaver’s latest bit of malice is taking its toll across the realms. And an ancient deterrent created by birds has fallen victim. Unless an intrepid adventurer steps up to help, the result could be heartbreaking.
This year's Quest region is sponsored by The Realm Of Rosehaven and beautifully designed by Gidgette Adagio
