I've always liked looking up at the sky, nice to be in it once and awhile. Somewhere over Florida on US Airways 592, Ft Lauderdale to Phoenix
I shot this for a charity ball. I really like this series of images. I had K in fits of histerics. I was firing off the flashes when she least expected it. Storbist info. 580 ex flash fired into umbrella camera left and 580 ex ii on camera with plastic difuser aimed at ceiling for fill in flash.

LSA 23: Making Of 2009 1 of 5
Finished good rough edits of the "chapters" that will make up the completed making of. Editing the three presentation that director Darren has given over the years. Will use this as the means to navigate between the chapters. Started this week with 6 hours, down to 5.3. In the mean time part of the making of presentation for 2009. Split into several parts, the original was 15 minutes and shown at the wrap party in october.

WNDC has invested over £6 million in work to create safer, more pedestrian friendly streets in Northampton town centre. The public realm works were completed in 2009 and covered the route from Castle Railway Station to All Saints Square in the heart of the town centre.
The project revitalized the streetscape of Black lion Hill, Marefair and Gold Street, creating a new road layout and using yorkstone paving to help showcase and complement the historic architecture of the area.
The improvements have made the area a safer and more enjoyable place to walk, while improving transport flows. They have also improved the shopping environment and over time will boost the vitality of the area.
The works are a key ingredient in a wider strategy to transform Northampton into a thriving place for business, leisure, shopping and culture. They were delivered by Northamptonshire County Council in partnership with Northampton Borough Council.

A time-lapse of the Rose City in a different light. This perspective gives us a better appreciation and feel for Portland; captured by lens. The subtle motion of clouds and the environment around us show how quickly time travels and that we are all but a small part in this big scheme of life.
Note: This is a fairly elementary video and is not a technical marvel; however, I worked with what I had given the time, circumstances, equipment, and budget. All photos were shot with the Canon S90 Powershot with varying f. field, ISO, ans shutter speed, depending on the circumstance of the shot being filmed. When I am able to afford fancier gadgets (aka HD camera, DSLR) I will try to make better product of Portland. In the mean time, search YouTube for better time lapse videos, or enjoy this one for now if it pleases you.

Jan Novie (left), President of Aaron G. Green Associates, has been a member of the firm for nearly forty years. For thirty-five of those years, he worked closely with the firm's founder, Aaron Green, a protégé and longtime Associate of Frank Lloyd Wright.
Cynthia Barrow's husband, John, was the Marin County Administrator from 1962 (immediately after the Civic Center was completed), until 1989.
This gathering was part of the celebration of the Civic Center Library's 50th Anniversary, October 12 & 13, 2012.

OK, in the realm of strange that I love to explore, here's a new one. And its growing in the courtyard outside my front door.
Five years ago, a client of mine gave me a Valentine's gift... a delightful little potted plant with leaves that formed perfect Valentines. Her florist had hit on an outstanding marketing idea! Intrigued and wanting to keep an eye on it, I planted my new treasure where I would pass it everyday.
The vine was no big deal as it climbed slowly higher and higher up my tree. But this week, I was amazed to discover these tiny amber-colored Hoya-like flowers hanging in tiny clusters, each sparkling with a tiny golden nectar drop. Thrilled, I ran for my camera to show you!
