The Self-Realization Fellowship Meditation Gardens are open to all that seek to come here to relax their mind, body, and spirit. Walking the grounds here is so tranquil, you can look out over the open waters of the mighty Pacific Ocean or you can find a spot nested in the gardens that gives you shade and floral fragrance as you rest your mind.

The Tarot Paintings by Jason Robert Bell 1996-7, painted in Chicago over a ten month period. Each is 6 feet tall by 5 feet wide- oil, acrylic, and ink on unstretched canvas. These paintings are based on the major arcana (the first 22 cards of the tarot). My main source information on the Tarot was the writings of A.E. Waite. His summary of the Tarot best sums up my goals in making these paintings- The Tarot embodies symbolical presentations of universal ideas, behind which all the implicits of the human mind, and it is in this sense that they contain serect doctrine, which is the realization by the few of truths embedded in the consciousness of all.

so, going to mount holyoke for undergrad people would often say things in the vein like 'this is much harder than other schools' or 'you are more prepared for grad school than other people.' and your own experience is so central it's hard to see outside of it.
