The Self-Realization Fellowship Meditation Gardens are open to all that seek to come here to relax their mind, body, and spirit. Walking the grounds here is so tranquil, you can look out over the open waters of the mighty Pacific Ocean or you can find a spot nested in the gardens that gives you shade and floral fragrance as you rest your mind.
recently i found out my dog has kidney failure, i have decided to take my camera whenever i see him, to document his last days with us, there is no specific date, but it is inevitable. i am documenting his life and how it is changing everyones life around him.

this was a breakthrough realization for me...it's a long story but the short version is my provisional conclusion about destruction of school property; then weeks later in a totally different school I saw the same kind of doodling going on during writing time; thinking more about what I was seeing I began to realize that some kids need to be doing something with their hands while they are thinking about what they are going to write; sometimes the doodling provoked their thinking, sometimes the doodling seemed to merely accompany their thinking; sometimes the doodling provided content for their thinking; the main point here is that my first conclusion was faulty; the behavior wasn't about messing up the folders 'cause they didn't like writing, the behavior was rather a supportive part of their writing.
