I've been blessed to have known of Paramahansa Yogananda's peaceful teachings of love for 30 years.
The firehouse was converted to photo studios and offices on the first and second floors, with a single-family duplex above. Then, in 1995, it was converted as the New York City Center of the Self Realization Fellowship, a religious movement founded by Paramahansa Yogananda, the author of Autobiography of a Yogi.

This terrible realization that my beloved andika, Queen of the Dispensables, could do this has been somewhat mitigated by my sticking the andika baked sweets Berry/A/Dispenser innards into the cake, which fortunately you can do because not only is it on mod, it works. So you get a berry cupcake out of Joy and Happiness which isn't complete, but it's a workaround. Meanwhile, I live in hope that andika will do the right thing and make Joy and Happiness dispense. #JustBelieve
