Before attaining Self- Realization, there is ignorance and you are observing everything through intellect. After Self- Realization, wrong belief changes into right belief and you get awareness that you are really a Soul - knower, seer of everything. Soul is totally invisible, having its own properties called – Knowledge and Vision ( Gyan and Darshan ), with these one visualizes and experiences everything.
I hate to go to supermarkets, unless I can buy special things, like the best chocolate ever and something good to drink :-)

As long-standing partners supporting the realization of Kenya’s climate and development objectives, UNDP and Japan came forward to contribute to this unprecedented effort. They joined forces with the Ministry of Environment and Forestry and partners on the ground to strengthen restoration and protection activities in the Kaptagat Forest Ecosystem, the Kakamega Forest and the Lake Magadi Ecosystem.

There are two paths to attain Self Realization-one on your own or with the help of a Self realized person. Param Pujya Dadabhagwan was such Self-realized person, who realized this knowledge in 1958 just all of sudden spontaneously.
