Bento lunch to take to work:
Sweet potato, avocado and baby plum tomato slices to wrap up in a nori sheet to make nori rolls (nori not shown)
Zucchini fettucini with 'Omega Mix' seeds sprinkled over (tomato and blackberry sauce to be added at last moment; shown in separate picture)
Mix of grapes, cantaloupe, kiwi, mandarin and pineapple, and raisins for dessert.
Fabulous except fruit, which was not nice once defrosted! 9/10
this is amazing... you massage salt into kale (not a lot of salt, less than a tsp) and the amount on the left will shrink down to the amount on the right. Then moosh an avocado into it and add other stuff like tomato and whatever you want. Scrumptious and much easier to chew than raw kale!

The recipe hasn't been perfected yet, but here's goes an approximation:
Chocolate cups
Raw cacao powder
Raw cacao butter
Agave nectar (or other sweetener)
Pinch of celtic salt
Creme filling
Fresh juiced coconut cream from 1 large mature brown coconut
Half a cup of melted coconut oil
Tablespoon of fresh pomegranate juice (mainly for clouring and a little flavour)
Sweetener to taste (agave, banana or date syrup)
Pinch of celtic salt
Melt and mix all ingredients for chocolate cups and place into silicone chocolate moulds or other containers. Place into fridge or freezer.
Blend together coconut cream, sweetener, pomegranate juice and salt. Then slowly add coconut oil to blending mixture.
Place cream into a cream piper and pipe into chocolate cups. Store in fridge. Creme will harden into a solid yet fluffy filling.
