I recently got my hands on a Raspberry Pi and one of the main reasons I wanted it was so I could have a go at hardware hacking. Here is my first attempt (really just a way of testing the setup) - a simple LED with a little script to make it flash.

The pin-out for this cable is not easy to discern from the provided photo.

So here it is in tabular form:

PI - Lepton

+3V3 1 - VIN

SDA1 3 - SDA

SCL1 5 - SCL

GND 6 - GND

MOSI 19 - MOSI

MISO 21 - MISO

SCLK 23 - CLK

GPIO8 24 - CS

Pretty much what you'd expect, but worth writing down.

PS This thing is driving me nuts. I just want to use the example software, with a raspberry Pi, but the video example doesn't seem to work with my 1' cable and crashes the camera. Only a long power off (5-10 min) is enough to bring it back.

Printed by one of the guys at work who "just happens" to have a makerbot on his desk.

The pi is one of the new 512MB versions, although it doesn't yet have 512MB firmware, I'm waiting for it to his Raspbian.

The SD card pops up at top. The cables are:

MicroHDMI female-female adapter & HDMI to microHDMI cable

MicroUSB extension cable & USB-A to microUSB female adapter

(All from eBay, total about $10)
