Printed by one of the guys at work who "just happens" to have a makerbot on his desk.
The pi is one of the new 512MB versions, although it doesn't yet have 512MB firmware, I'm waiting for it to his Raspbian.
The SD card pops up at top. The cables are:
MicroHDMI female-female adapter & HDMI to microHDMI cable
MicroUSB extension cable & USB-A to microUSB female adapter
(All from eBay, total about $10)
I decided that my Raspberry Pi in it's PiBow case deserved to be framed, so I mounted it in some Ikea Photo Frames, along with a Pi Hub and a PiGlow!
Turned an ancient Raspberry Pi model B into a device that generates teletext pages that a TV can decode.
