I have no idea if my soldering job is ok or if it's lackluster.

It's PiDay tomorrow, in the USA, Micronesia and Belize, not the ROW 😀 That is, March 14th or 3/14.

In honour of this I produced a short video with a device showing a never ending string of pi digits. I can only remember 3.14159, or some people get by with 22/7

This is one of the early Model Bs made in China (before manufacturing moved to South Wales), which I've owned since 2012. The module on top of the case, with the multicoloured ribbon cable, is a USB-serial interface - handy for hooking up a terminal.

 

Oh, and yes, I KNOW it's dusty... the little fella was sitting there idle for quite a while!

Raspberry's need wifi too. (Or, well, I let it think it has, it's hooked up with a cat 5 actually..)

Typing text in an SSH session on a laptop over wifi to a Raspberry Pi on a wired LAN which then sends the text to an Arduino over USB - the Arduino then translates the text into Morse code beeps and light flashes.
