I woke up at 8, worked with a website for 4 hours and then I went to see some friends. I was planning to go home at 6 or so, but I ended up going home at midnight. Not was I was planning because I'm not even staying in my own house haha.

part of my new favourite smoothie:

1.5 - 2 ripe-overripe bananas

handful of frozen grapes

half handful of raspberries (frozen or not)

enough soy milk to 'cover' these ingredients in blending jug

1) blend until smoothish.

2) drink up!!!
