over 6lbs of fresh-picked raspberries went into my wife's ridiculous preserves.

I found these juicy luscious red raspberries growing in a damp, cool spot behind a local business. I ate them all.

Raspberry Pavlova

Serves 2

3 syns on Extra easy

2 meringue nests

tub of quark

sweetener to taste

1 tsp vanilla essence

½ punnet raspberries

Place the meringue nests on two plates and fill with the quark. Top with raspberries and serve. It couldn't get easier than that, and absolutely delicious they are too.
