Eine einstündige musikalische Reise gegen soziale und politische Ungerechtigkeiten und Polizeigewalt. Der Rapper Hobuskur nimmt uns mit in die Straßen Doualas in Kamerun und erzählt uns mit einer Mischung aus Geschichten und Liedern wie „fuck les politiques“ oder „Ne tire plus“ von seiner Wut und seinen Hilferufen.

One hour of musical travel against social inequalities, politics and police violence. In between histories and songs, from «fuck les politiques» to «Ne tire plus», the rapper Hobskur will take us around his anger and emergency calls in the streets of Douala, in Cameroon.

My daughters' elementary school had a big outdoor ice cream social and they volunteered me to the principal to take yearbook photos. How could I say no(on 2 hours notice) since it is a chance to build up the old portfolio? The lighting was a horrible challenge because the sun was already setting at 6PM when it started, but I messed about with my ISO and my flash and got some things to work. The fire department was there with the ladder truck giving ladder rides - I would have loved to go up and take pics down but it I couldn't bring myself to take up a little kid's place in line! Kids could also explore a police car and a number of city officials were there as many of their children go to this public school(for you Brits, I think you call it a private school - it is run by the local government). The DJ spun music all evening and the free ice cream and hot fudge were flowing!
