Found in Ripon. Taken with a big zoom lens, naturally.

A brown rabbit in the wild

This rabbit was one of the few that didn't run off as I was walking along a path one evening, so I decided to shoot it...

Together with a professional ornithologist friend I travelled to Papa Westray, one of the most northerly of the Orkney Islands, off the north coast of mainland Scotland, for a few days birdwatching. We pointed our cameras at other Orkney wildlife, too.

did'nt seem very bothered by my presence.

Primeras fotos de mi precioso Rabbit, adoptado a Gobolino! Como me gusta! ^ ^

Waiting to see what Santa's going to leave in their stockings :)

Sylvilagus audobonii

This fellow came around regularly to help himself to the seeds I put on the ground for the birds.

Trying out the zoom, taken from over 25 feet with no tripod. I'm going to have fun with this camera!
