MUKONO UGANDA-OCTOBER 15 2008 At Kojja Health Centre, pregnant women receive guidance on prevention of mother to child HIV transmission (PMTCT). This programme is over seen by Nurse Esther Mukilbi and run by HIV positive members of the local community who are trained to be peer educators. This mother gave birth one hour earlier. She was counselled and tested for HIV at an early stage in her pregnancy and was not positive.
Dr. Ali Ssetaala is the director of the clinic. 'I am the only doctor here. I am responsible for 134 000 patients in Mukono district. The best way to help on HIV is through teaching the community because there are too few of us health workers. Our patients abscond treatment because of distance and discrimination. They sometimes have to walk from 30km away to be here for 8am in order to give their blood for CD4 testing. After that, we don't have the infant formula to give them to prevent spreading the virus by breastfeeding. Even if we did, stigma remains in the community and the mother don't want to use it. We would like to go to them and follow up in the truck, but we dont have fuel. So that is why we are training the community to be health workers and there is a lot they can do with training.

'Somewhere under there lies a London Country livery'. A rather tatty RT 3874 is seen in the grounds of Leybourne Grange Hospital near West Malling on Saturday 28th June 1975. This vehicle was new in September 1950 to Dunton Green garage. It remained a Country area bus for all of its life being withdrawn from Godstone garage in November 1972. In March 1973 it was acquired by the Jesus Liberation Front of Hemel Hempstead. 2Q-8.

I was not really satisfied with the original design of the AT-RT. So I tried to create an AT-RT on my own. I think it came out very good :D
