The RPL event in Oceanside, CA, was the first event at Camp Pendelton's new Tournament fields. The event was hot and sunny, but well worth the heat. The turf and field layout was great and allowed for a lot of action. The fields will be there to stay, so check out Camp Pendelton Paintball Parks

Ann & I heard Mario Stefano Pietrodarchi and the Tartini Orchestra in a wonderful concert of the music of Astor Piazzola here at the Oratorio del Gonfalone. Thanks to Lina Giacchetti Ludovisi and her friend (and now ours), Eugenio Miglianico, "il maestro di calor che sanno," for somehow scaring up an extra 2 tickets to a sold-out show...
The fabulous children's illustrator Bill Slavin engages a very crowded room, at Reginal Public Library - Connaught Branch, of 60 school aged fans with his stories and illustrations.
