‘Arizona Rosary Celebration’ draws thousands in colorful tribute

They came from across the Diocese of Phoenix and beyond to show their love for Mary and ask for her intercession.
The 40th annual Arizona Rosary Celebration drew several thousand Catholics to the Phoenix Convention Center Oct. 25 to pray the Rosary, listen to an inspirational message and soak up the blessings that poured out on a colorful display of faith and heartfelt affection for the Mother of God.

Engebrechtsz was the leading painter of sixteenth-century Leiden and the teacher of Lucas van Leyden. In this panel, piety and dramatic energy are combined, as late Gothic expressivity is pushed here to a mannerist extreme. The two donors - probably husband and wife - are physically close to but psychologically detached from the Crucifixion.

This Rosary is inspired from the traditional catholic design.
This special rosary has been handcrafted usingBeautiful Black round beads and Czech crystals which are the focal and this piece is finished with a beautiful silver tone crucifix.
This rosary was created in college. It is made up of very small images of me as a child or people, pets, buildings that meant a lot to me during my childhood.
The idea behind this project was that the rosary is supposed to be a tool to meditate on your beliefs. I used the symbol to make a tool to meditate on my childhood instead because I felt that my former religion overlooked the idea of exploring or honoring who you were and focused more on concentrating on what your beliefs should be.
Rosary Church is a 19th century French church located in Shettihalli village near Hassan (Karnataka, India). In the 60s this was abandoned during the construction of Hemavati dam. The old dilapidated structure could be immersed in the reservoir or exposed based on the time of your visit.
