Details: St. Kateri Tekakwitha, (the 'Lily of the Mohawks'), will be canonized in October 2012. This rosary features 6mm round opaque maple brown glass beads having a subtle "woodgrain" appearance, with 8mm round opaque sky blue Our Fathers between the decades of the rosary. Two large lampwork Our Fathers with reddish brown cores and blue flowers grace the first three Hail Marys, between the full colour portrait of St. Kateri (rosary centre) and the brown enameled crucifix.

It was my mother's rosary before it was mine. The beads are worn and the painted pearls are bare now. When I pray the rosary, I feel close to both my mothers, and to Our Father.
