Named after the word for clear in Vietnamese (a reference to its light cuisine), the space was designed to look like a Vietnamese street food stall (beaming in French colonial colours) brought indoors. There’s a small retail shelf at the rear of the restaurant with some Asian condiments and staples required to make fresh rolls at home.

Because Dorte came to visit us for Rowen's birthday we needed to quickly clean out Rowen's room.. well, we managed to get most boxes out of there and get a temporary curtain up and make the space look a little cozier than the 100+ boxes that had filled this space for the last 2 months!
