The Riverview theater, Built in 1949, remodeled in 1955. Its the same as it ever was exept better seats and sound and Digital Projectors. Was at a Midnight movie seeing the 1984 Ghostbusters.
Name: Riverview Elementary (Closed)

Original Building: The first building was a two-room structure built in about 1923 on what is now Legion Avenue. In 1927, a separate building was erected south of the original.
Current Building: The three-room building which was the beginning of the present school was built in 1948-49. It became part of the Wichita school system in 1963 and was changed from a K-8 school to a K-6 school. It was closed at the end of the 1995-96 school year.

Meaning of Name: The original building was on land west of the river.

During the school year, whenever I was late I would just skip class and hang out in parks around Sebastian, this is from one of those times:)
This is the river, I would sit and drink coffee and watch people walk their dogs.
