The ghost town of Ripley, Indiana on CSX's former B&O Chicago mainline in rural Noble County is evident marked by only this sign paying respect to the Post Office that was present here once upon a time, and the interlocking containing a set of crossovers on CSX's Garrett Sub.

Ripley , 4 weeks old, says, "not everyone deserves to have their head crushed, just 99.99999% of them"
Ever notice how she never used the flamethrower on it in the movie?

Hydrangea in front of the surviving East glasshouse, which is closed because of COVID restrictions. The central building is in poor repair and the walled garden needs a bit of work.
Ok, so I may be a bit wierd but my precious cat Ripley passed on a year and a half ago. I still can't let him go. Funny thing is, I only had him for 5-months before he died of unknown causes. I watched him waste away to nothing. Even the vet didn't know what was wrong. Anyway, I ushered him from this life providing what I hope was pure comfort and peace. He touched me like no other and I truly miss him like it happened yesterday.
Sorry for the sadness. Just had to get it out. My family is so sick of me and my Ripley issue.
