"The bad times make the good times better,
You look in her eyes and you're gone forever,
On a heavenly ride, yeah it's a helluva life.
It's a helluva life..."

The best thing in Life
are the people we Love...
the places we've been
and the memories we've made
along the Way....

"Well
we know where we're goin'
but we don't know where we've been.
And we know what we're knowing'
but we can't say what we've seen.
And we're not little children
and we know what we want.
And the future is certain
give us time to work it out.
We're on a road to nowhere
come on inside.
Takin' that ride to nowhere
we'll take that ride..."

Alternatively, the title could be, ‘A Lot of Snow’. My eleventh entry for ABS Builder challenge. This build was basically two days of nearly non-stop building; one to build the bridge, sleigh, and water/underwater section, and one to make all of the snow and finishing details such as the trees. The dark red seed part is used 8 times in the sleigh.

This guy appears to be taking the "Park and Ride" sign at the Washington DC Metro stations a little too literally.
Hey, Buddy -- what they really mean is "Park and THEN Ride".
Then again, maybe he really is with the cleaning crew. Either way, it made for an interesting scene. I took one further back with my 50mm, but it lacked the odd nature of things, so I switched to the fisheye and I'm much happier with the result.

I was not able to attend Comic Con this year but a friend was nice enough to pick me up this figure! Thanks Patrick!

When I was younger I loved THIS SONG and if you listen to it now, you will be humming it for days.
Melanie Anne Safka-Schekeryk (born February 3, 1947) is an American singer-songwriter.
Usually known professionally as Melanie, she is best known for her hits "Brand New Key", "Lay Down (Candles in the Rain)" and "What Have They Done To My Song Ma".
Melanie's search for enlightenment inspired her to go on a 27 day fast, during which she drank nothing but distilled water. Coming off the fast, she was eating transitional food when she felt the urge to get a McDonald's hamburger. On the way back to her house, she started to write the song.
In my mid-20s Melanies songs were just part of that era, however more than one person appears to think that "For a song written in 15 minutes it has very clever lyrics. "I ride my bike, I roller skate don't drive no car" is a clear reference to her virginity."
Obviously I was a bit naive because I never thought of that.
Here is my new bicycle on a sunny Saturday. Have you noticed how the price of bicycles has gone through the roof.
I retired the old girl which I bought in 1989 and it served me well, but the tyres (original) were worn through to the inner textile, and top gear was unusable because the cogs were worn. I waved goodbe to old faithful as I took possesion on this new sports machine with suspension, lighter weight and front and rear hdraulic disc brakes.
Look at the Scott Speedster P2.

It is now just past the hour of eight along the Santa Fe's historic route over Glorieta and Raton Pass as late evening monsoons start to roll in. #4, the eastbound Southwest Chief, is now seven hours late as it finally departs Albuquerque with a third motor in tow.
Of the nearly 300 stills I took, this one was the biggest breakthrough. This was my first major take on storm photography since my last trip out west in 2017.
I also had the great pleasure to meet Flickr moderator Norby, who happened to be waiting on the eastbound Chief that day!
Em got a new bike and very kindly lent me her old one for the festival. I can’t tell you how much I loved having a bike and using it to go pretty much everywhere for 8 days. It rocked! At night I tied seed lights around the handle bars which was pretty. Next time I’m a need a pimp my ride!
I mean it’s even got a kick stand! It’s been a very long time since I had a bike with a kickstand! So useful.
Oh and a big shout out to Rick for giving it a check over & oil & lube before hand, thanks dude!
