My copy of Mo Lotman's book, Harvard Square: an Illustrated History Since 1950. I bought it at his reading and signing at the Harvard Coop in Harvard Square. He used nine of my pictures in it, all of which he found here on Flickr.

The Museum of Northern Arizona was established as a repository for Indigenous material and natural history specimens from the Colorado Plateau. The museum was founded in 1928 by zoologist Dr. Harold S. Colton and artist Mary-Russell Ferrell Colton from Philadelphia, Penn., and is dedicated to preserving the history and cultures of the Native Americans living in northern Arizona and on the Colorado Plateau since 100 BC. In 1930, the Coltons hired Katharine Bartlett a physical anthropologist from Denver to curate the museum. Ms. Bartlett spent the next 51 years organizing first the museum and then the library. The museum’s exhibit areas have grown from two rooms in the Flagstaff Woman's Club in 1928 to today's 24,700-square-foot Exhibits building. 3101 North Fort Valley Rd, Flagstaff, Ariz. 12 August 2022
