This big horn sheep buck has his head lowered ready for a clash. That just blows me away as I get a headache just looking at it , and yet they can ram each other many times. Unlike the NHL , they don't get checked for concussion syndrome.

The mother Ewe pushed him to come out and greet us. Little Ram Lamb was born around this time last Spring. Here he is with his mom and another Ewe. These sheep belong to my neighbor across the road. This little fella is now a Pasture Ram. He will live out his days hanging out in the pasture eating grass. He's a lucky little guy!

Here's a sneak peek for you all, of our adventures in the Alberta Rockies this weekend. The wife and I took little drive up the Forestry Trunk Road in Western Alberta, to see some of the sights that we'd been neglecting for far too long. They did not disappoint!

This ram has a wounded back leg. As he was on a small island in the Zambezi river, we guessed that he might have been attacked by a crocodile while passing over.
His survival chances seem to be good as long as he stays on the island as the predators most likely will not appear on this island.

Crossing a couple of fields, a herd of horses came over to see what I was up to and in another, a 'gang' of rams followed me across! I kept turning to check on them, as didn't want to be 'rammed'!! 😂
Woore Peninsula - Shropshire
De villa Rams Woerthe in de Overijsselse vestingstad Steenwijk werd eind 19e eeuw in opdracht van de Steenwijker industrieel en filantroop Jan Hendrik Tromp Meesters als woonhuis gebouwd. Rams Woerthe, gebouwd in art-nouveau-stijl (oftewel jugendstil), kwam in 1899 gereed. De opdrachtgever Tromp Meesters heeft het huis slechts negen jaar bewoond. In 1908 overleed hij op 53-jarige leeftijd. Zijn weduwe wilde er niet blijven wonen en verkocht in 1917 het pand aan de gemeente Steenwijk voor de prijs van 90.000 gulden.
This guy wasn't at all camera shy. In fact he and his herd-mates slowly made their way so close to the small group of photographers standing respectfully at a pullout along the road that we all had to fold up our tripods and move back several times so as to be able to get shots like these with our long lenses. And so as to be sure we weren't inadvertently disturbing the unperturbed rams.

Ramanagara is surrounded by natural granite rocks.In this region the iconic Hindi movie Sholay was shot. It is no surprise that this place is a haven for rock climbers and trekkers. To reach the temple one has to climb around 350 steps. The path leading to the top is enclosed by abundant greenery and the boulders, many of which have figures of Gods on them.
I found an exposed roll of Bergger Pancro400 in the darkroom yesterday, and I had no idea what was on the roll. So, I processed it in my last bit of D-76 I'd made some weeks ago - a developer I haven't used before with Pancro400. One of these days I am going to shoot a roll of a single, unchanging subject and cut the roll up into 3 or 4 pieces, and do a comparison between BER49, Rodinal, Xtol, and D-76 to see how each performs with this emulsion.
I have no data about what camera was used, or how the film was exposed. I'm guessing it was my Minolta Autocord, though.
