I think they're referring to the parking fee you pay to come onto Jekyll Island.
Somehow, the quotation marks almost make it feel like they're taunting me. It's not "my" parking fee. Once I hand over the money to the attendant, it certainly doesn't feel like "mine" anymore.
Why not just substitute the word "the", with no quotation marks, for the "your"?
