www.quora.com/Who-are-Naga-Sadhus
Diese Naga Sadhus ( Naga in Sanskrit means mountain, people residing in and around mountains are known as Pahadi or Naga). standen an der Frontlinie des indischen Widerstands gegen die verschiedenen islamischen Invasoren im Mittelalter.

Here's Lina under our table at the Southsea Rural and Seaside Show, hoping for a crumb from our pasties!! The blur on the left is a bag of dog treats from a goody bag that we'd bought from one of the stalls.
I rather like the answer to a question that popped up on Quora: "Are you hurting your dog without knowing?"
Here is the answer from a psychologist (who has a rescue dog), which makes me think of Lina, and is rather sweet. We've had Lina almost 3 years and she's still nervous when we try and stroke the top of her head, even though we're always gentle:
"My dog does not ask for cuddles. Even the opposite he refused to be touched. So he would just lie there, apathetic. Trying to show me that he genuinely doesn't care and is ready to endure it until it's over. Basically he played “dead dog"
My dog does not ask to be petted, he does not ask for kisses, and will never ask for a hug.
- Your dog might be insecure. Delouse him and spend him some affection even when it seems like he doesn't need it. My dog loves to be deloused. He just would never ask for it."
-Touch those parts were he doesn't like to be touched. Show him that you won't hurt him and that touching your dogs nose doesn't mean you want to harm him, but treat him well. If you do not care about resolving unnecessary anxiety it's an involuntary way of hurting him. You leave him with unresolved anxiety even when there is no need for it.
-Indifference-say “No" sometimes. My dog knows when he isn't allowed to do something and he is, oh, so happy when I restrain him.
- You hurt him when you never share your own food with him. When you say that the dog is part of your family-why isn't he worthy of your food? Your dog doesn't understand that. He is part of your herd. Let him know sometimes that his loyalty is rewarded with loyalty. Our dog will get a piece of meat or leftovers. But of course..he should behave!"

This is my son Jon with his prom date Maddi. He is a junior and he has autism. About a month ago, Maddi, a senior, came to my office (I’m a teacher at their school) and asked if Jon’s mom and I would allow her to take him to prom. Maddi had gotten to know Jon through a school club that promotes friendships between special needs kids and regular kids. “He’s a junior,” she explained “so it’s his prom too. I just think he should have the chance to go.” I told her we would be honored to have him go with her.
During the next couple weeks, she asked what his favorite color was (orange) so she could get a dress in that color. She also made reservations for their group (they doubled with another couple)at a restaurant that served his favorite food – chicken fingers and French fries.
I encourage everyone to like and share this for three reasons:
1. To show support for special kids like Jon
2. To show support for groups that promote these friendships
3. To remind us all, in a time when we hear about all the terrible things going on, that there are wonderful kids like Maddi working to make other’s lives better.

“DC-3 booster/orbiter stage separation at 70km altitude. The DC-3 version depicted here is the original Manned Spacecraft Center concept. The staging velocity of most Phase A designs was quite high (3290m/s) in order to achieve the lowest possible booster & orbiter mass. But this also increased the complexity of the booster which had to carry an advanced thermal protection system plus jet engines to return to base. North American estimated the system would weigh 2030t at liftoff. A fleet of six vehicles could have supported a launch rate of 50 flights per year.”

Apparently, this design was officially referred to as MSC-001:

Confirming the above two, per the best & most trusted source imaginable, along with other wonderfully enlightening information:
“…During Phase A, engineers found the lifting body concept to be the most poorly suited to space shuttle applications, primarily because the shape did not lend itself to efficient packaging and installation of a large payload bay, propellant tanks, and major subsystems. The complex double curvature of the body resulted in a vehicle that would be difficult to fabricate, and further, the body could not easily be divided into subassemblies to simplify manufacturing. In addition, the lifting body’s large base are yielded a relatively poor subsonic lift-to-drag ratio (L/D), resulting in a less attractive cruise capability. Although lifting bodies continued to be studied throughout Phase B, the concept was a dark horse, at best.
At the same time, stowed-wing designs were found to have many attractive features, including low burnout weight and the high hypersonic L/D needed to meet the maximum cross-range requirements. In addition, the stowed approach permitted the wing to be optimized for the low-speed flight regime, simplifying landing. Its drawbacks included a high vehicle-weight-to-projected-planform-area ratio, which would result in higher average base temperature to either straight- or delta-wing concepts. In addition, the mechanisms needed to operate the wing and transmit the flight loads to the primary structure resulted in significantly increased design and manufacturing complexity. The maintenance required between flights was expected to be high, and insufficient data existed to reliably determine potential failure modes, which were thought to be numerous.
Maxime A. Faget, having moved from Langley to MSC in Houston, TX, was not a proponent of lifting reentry. Instead, Faget held to the idea of a high-drag blunt body. He designed a straight-wing space shuttle design popularly called the DC-3 (more officially, the MSC-0001), which operated as a blunt body. Faget proposed to enter the atmosphere at an extremely high angle of attack with the broad lower surface facing the direction of flight, creating a large shock wave that would carry most of the heat around the vehicle instead of into it. The vehicle would maintain this attitude until it got below 40,000 feet and about 200 mph, when the nose would come down, and it would begin diving to pick up sufficient speed to fly toward the landing site, touching down at about 140 mph. Since the only flying the vehicle would perform was at very low speeds during the landing phase, the wing design could be selected solely on the basis of optimizing it for subsonic cruise and landing; hence the simple straight wing proposed by Faget. The design did have one major failing (at least in the eyes of the Air Force): Since it did not truly fly during reentry, it had almost no cross range…”

Glacier Point is stunning. Someone on Quora wrote that they cried the first time they got to Glacier Point. While I wouldn't go that far, there's no getting around the fact that this place is beautiful.
Some friends from out of state are in town, so I've been shuttling a few of them around California a bit. And of course Yosemite makes the list.

I have forgotten the author and where I read this excellent article, with great photos. When I find it again, I will give proper credit.
At Midway, the Japanese carrier aircraft were switching from land weapons to naval weapons to attack the American fleet after they bombed Midway Island. This meant that the decks and hangars were all littered with ammunition, bombs, torpedoes, and whatnot. The Japanese carriers were nothing but “powder kegs,” ready to blow up at a single well-directed bomb hit. The result was the disaster at Midway, as we all know.
This question is asking— under a ridiculous assumption— why Japanese aircraft carriers were “sunk so easily” compared to American aircraft carriers. At Midway, this was because the Japanese carriers were reduced to mere powder kegs and were completely unprepared to defend against air attacks. But what if we take a look at some of the other cases— outside of Midway?
Aside from the Battle of Midway, Japanese aircraft carriers weren’t usually sunk easily. At the Battle of the Coral Sea, for example, the two Japanese fleet carriers Shokaku and Zuikaku sustained considerable damage without sinking. Shokaku was too heavily damaged to participate at Midway, and Zuikaku lost too much of its aircrew, but the two carriers managed to survive. See the picture below to get an idea of just how much damage Shokaku suffered.
Meanwhile, the US carrier Lexington sunk after the Battle of the Coral Sea— not from battle damage, but from human error. She sustained lots of damage, too, and managed to survive, only to be sunk by a fatal accident. Yorktown sustained a lot of damage as well but was miraculously repaired in 3 days— a repair that should have taken 3 months!
As for the fleet carrier Hiryu sunk at Midway, she was not sunk by American aircraft at all. Hiryu was scuttled by the Japanese to prevent her from being captured. Now, it is true that American aircraft turned Hiryu into a floating wreck, prompting the Japanese to scuttle her. It is also true that British naval gunfire and torpedoes turned Bismarck into a floating wreck, promoting her crew to scuttle her to prevent her from being towed back to Britain as a prize, which would have humiliated Germany in the highest regard. Yet we don’t consider Bismarck as being sunk easily. She took a lot of damage but was still floating— although reduced to a floating wreck. Same with Hiryu.
After Midway, Japan had significantly fewer aircraft carriers. The only fleet carriers that remained were Shokaku and Zuikaku (although several more were produced, including Unryu, Amagi, Katsuragi, Taiho, and Shinano). Zuikaku was sunk at the Battle of Cape Engano. Zuikaku was far from being “easily sunk,” taking a whopping 7 torpedoes and 9 bombs. Even after that, it took her a relatively long time to sink. The crew even had time to lower the flag and offer their salutations while they were being evacuated.
What about Shokaku? Shokaku was sunk in the Philippine Sea by a submarine— not by enemy aircraft. Japanese (and American) aircraft carriers of that time did not have much submarine protection aside from destroyer escorts and anti-submarine air patrols. The sinking of the USS Yorktown was an excellent example of this. A Japanese submarine somehow managed to slip closely enough to the American carrier to launch torpedoes, sinking her as well as one American destroyer. The US fleet carriers Hornet and Wasp were also sunk by Japanese submarines. (In WW2, destroyers were the ships designed to combat submarines, not aircraft carriers. It wouldn’t be surprising for an aircraft carrier to be sunk by a submarine, but that submarine would have to be able to slip through the carrier’s destroyer escorts and also not be spotted by patrolling aircraft).
Shokaku had just finished refueling and rearming aircraft (just like the fleet carriers at Midway) and was extremely vulnerable when she was torpedoed by the US submarine Cavalla. Even then, it took 4 torpedoes to sink her. Given the circumstances, this should not be an example of a Japanese carrier “sinking easily.”
In the later parts of the war (from 1944-ish onward), Japanese aircrews were very inexperienced and lacking in number. Some Japanese carriers didn’t even carry planes at that point. Let us now discuss the sinking of the fleet carrier Taiho, which had an armored flight deck capable of withstanding a lot of bomb damage. As some readers might know, Taiho was sunk by a single torpedo launched by a US submarine. Should Taiho’s sinking be considered an “easy” sinking, then? I’d say no. Here’s why:
Consider how the British battlecruiser Hood was sunk by a single lucky shot that hit home (the ammunition magazine) and snapped the ship in half. Also consider the sinking of Arizona at Pearl Harbor in just 9 minutes, which was caused by a Japanese bomb exploding in the ammunition magazine. These are both good examples of extremely lucky hits.
Now, the torpedo that the submarine fired at Taiho struck the starboard side of the carrier and penetrated the aviation fuel tanks, jamming the elevator in the same process. This turned out to be an extremely lucky hit, as seawater mixed with gasoline from the penetrated fuel tanks began vaporizing into the hangar decks. The crew was inexperienced and did not respond to this effectively. Still, Taiho remained intact for many hours, and no one expected her to sink.
In an effort to get rid of the fumes, the damage control officer ordered the ventilation systems switched to full capacity. This actually increased the chance of ignition. Six and a half hours after the torpedo hit, a massive explosion tore the ship’s sides from the inside out, and loads of seawater flooded in. Taiho sunk almost two hours later. In all, it took more than 8.5 hours for Taiho to be sunk by this lucky torpedo hit (compared to the 9 minutes of Arizona’s sinking). If the crew’s response to the fumes had been better, Taiho may not have sunk. Additionally, Taiho also had design flaws. So, her sinking was caused by:
A very lucky hit
An ineffective response by an inexperienced crew
An order that was not carefully thought over by the damage control officer
Was this an “easy” sinking? I certainly wouldn’t say so.
Now, for the sinking of the largest aircraft carrier of that time, the fleet carrier Shinano:
Shinano already had serious design flaws, just like Taiho. She was sunk by 4 torpedoes fired by the US submarine (not enemy aircraft) Archerfish. The first torpedo flooded storage compartments and an aviation fuel storage tank. The second torpedo flooded the outboard engine room. The third torpedo flooded the third engine boiler room, which, assisted by structural failures, managed to also flood two other boiler rooms. The fourth torpedo flooded the starboard compressor room and a damage control station. It also caused an oil tank to burst.
Due to the crew’s confidence in the armor of the ship, their efforts to save the ship were slow, unorganized, and slacking. The captain, Toshio Abe, ordered the ship to continue at full speed even after the torpedo hits, which allowed large amounts of water to flood into the torpedo holes. The ship listed more than 20 degrees and the engines hat to he shut down. By the time the captain finally gave the order to abandon ship, Shinano was listing at 30 degrees. She later capsized and sank.
Once again, ineffective efforts to save the ship, inexperienced crews and a bad decision led to a fleet carrier being sunk. Additionally, the 4 torpedoes that hit Shinanon also managed to hit some places that had structural flaws in them. I would partially agree that Shinano was sunk because of her structural flaws, but I would argue that it was more because of slacking initial efforts and the captain’s decision to continue at full speed. But above all, this sinking should not be counted as an “easy” sinking. It was not the American submarine that “easily” sunk Shinano, but rather the crew’s overconfidence, slacking efforts, and the captain’s decision to continue at full speed.
The escort carrier Un’yo was also sunk by a submarine, which fired two torpedoes. These were also relatively lucky hits, knocking out the engines. That night, a storm collapsed Un’yo’s bulkheads, causing her to list to starboard. Then, the order to abandon ship was issued.
Was this an “easy” sinking? Perhaps. The torpedo hits were pretty severe, but it was more likely the storm that sunk the ship. Were it not for the storm, Un’yo would have been able to limp back to port for repairs. The storm was assisted by the torpedo hits (or the other way around: the torpedo hits were assisted by the storm). Either way, without the torpedo hits or without the storm, Un’yo would have survived.
Most of the other Japanese carriers were either sunk by submarines (which they weren’t designed to defend themselves against) or sunk in port by American air attacks during the final stretches of World War II. At that time, they had virtually no carrier aircraft left and were basically reduced to floating anti-aircraft batteries.
There are several other sinkings I want to mention in this answer, but judging from the fact that this answer is already much longer than a typical answer on Quora and people wouldn’t read all of it if I include more examples. (By the way, if you made it up to this point, then great job!)
In conclusion, aside from the Battle of Midway, there were indeed been a few rare cases of a Japanese aircraft carrier being “easily” sunk in non-disadvantageous circumstances, but these were pretty rare. So, enough with the ridiculous assumption that Japanese carriers were actually sunk easily in the Pacific War. They were either sunk in disadvantageous circumstances, sunk by deliberately being “powder kegs,” sunk by very lucky hits, sunk by ineffective responses, sunk by wrong decisions, or sunk because of structural flaws— the latter being rather uncommon for Japanese carriers (except for Taiho and Shinano).
Edit: Of course, one could argue that Japanese carriers were indeed easily sunk and that they were easily sunk due to such reasons, to which I would agree. If it is possible to assume that Japanese aircraft carriers were easily sunk in the Pacific War, then it is because of the above-mentioned reasons.

What will you experience, after your human vessel passes away (die). The human vessel is destroyed by a happening or by aging and the body can’t fulfill the tasks at hand to sustain life and the body and brain passes away. The Soul, your consciousness of your awareness will pass over. Suppose a person has a car accident and the body and brain died. On that moment the Soul will stop projecting consciousness more or less in your body. And the Soul will observe your physical body and what is happening to your physical expression of energy. As awareness you will float next to your body or look at it from above. On this moment of passing over, you cannot reason and you do not remember who you are. This makes dying or passing over as we call it, a very tranquil process. You just observe everything that is happening to your physical body. Because also how you died, is an experience and as Souls we want to gather all information we can and we do. Our observer is not in our brain and not in our body, the observer is always our direct conscious part of our Soul as awareness. On the moment of passing over, you just observe. Than suddenly you will be pulled to another location, a location of a funeral, cremation or even a ceremony, by the thoughts of the loved ones who are still on earth. Again you will observe everything that is happening on the funeral, cremation or ceremony, you can hear thoughts, see people who are saying goodbyes to you of your previous life. Again to gather all information about this life, we observe automatically, what happens to us. How long it will take for a passed over Soul to use the conscious awareness of the Soul again, is different for all Souls. With one it goes quicker than another Soul. Depending, when you are ready for it or not. Normally we observer in a human life, direct with our conscious part of our Soul without our senses, this happens on a high energetic frequency. That is the reason why we can observe in life, as well as after we passed over. Our human life happens in the apparently material dimension, everything looks real, still it is an expression of energy we are dreaming. Because of the cause and consequence in repetitive cycles we experience life as a constant, that means we see life as a reality, however it is still an important dream. That gives us the opportunity to experience a seemingly material life. When we pass over we will come into the In-between dimension (This is the dimension between earth and Heaven. Heaven is the immaterial pure positive dimension. The Soul is always present in this in-between dimension and can’t be part of the apparently material dimension. That is why the Soul projects consciousness into the human vessel. To become a part in this dream and a play its part. Our senses are like a filter over our awareness, and works on a low energetic frequency, this means, that we can’t use this in the In-between dimension. Because our senses just like the apparently material dimension happens all on a lower energetic frequency. To make things simple for our Soul and we can see, hear, taste, smell and feel and that creates the so called reality. When the Soul focus of attention is in the in-between dimension as we passed over, we first only observe as told above. After this we start to reason and to remember with our conscious part of our Soul on a high energetic frequency, this takes a while. That is the reason that after you passed over there is no panic. Again real passing over is very tranquil. You feel an incredible love surrounding you, this is happening. Because you feel the connection you have with Oneness (=God), all energetic awarenesses have an individuality AND on the same time they are all connected to each other. So in the in-between dimension, you feel this incredible love around you and you feel very comfortable. This is also depending on how large your ego perspective has grown in life. You start to learn how to remember your previous life (last life), with your conscious part of your Soul. You start to reason again, and slowly you become the same perspective and personality, you were as you lived your human life. You are literally the same person as you were in life, only you don’t have a physical body anymore, but an esoteric body. A body of energetic light, because everything is created from energy. You will notice that when you think about a loved one on earth, you will be there too. And you can observe this loved one doing his or her things on earth. Or when a loved one speaks to you in thoughts, you will hear them and be there to communicate. Only the loved ones on earth, rarely understand, sense or hear you. When someone on earth a loved one thinks of you, you think of this person and visa versa. That is how we as Souls are connected. You can even split your consciousness again, and talk with more people on the same time. As Soul we can do so much more. When you think about a place you visited in the past when you were alive, you can visit it again, to see it again and float around in the streets, beach or what ever you like to visit again. When a loved one is thinking about you with thoughts, you can hear the thoughts too. Because we don’t have the flat simple senses, we had on earth. After a while you will feel an urge to move on and to go back home, to Heaven. Because the love is drawing you home. This happens also depending on how large your ego perspective has developed. Can you let go of the loved ones, can you let go of your possessions on earth, can you let go of the ego perspective you have taught yourself and was taught by others Also the loved ones on earth have to let you as passed over Soul go too. When they hold tide to your being, your Soul will stay longer connected to earth because of the loved ones. Many people experience the passed over loved one, talking to them, to let them go. Which is really necessary. Some people have a big trouble of letting go the passed over loved one, and pull them constantly back to earth. This can take a while, because the loved one has to accept that you have passed over and moves on in her or his life. Better is for a loved one to accept right away that you passed over, and focus again on positivity in their lives.
When you let go of the loved ones on earth, the possessions and earth, you are ready to move on on your journey to Heaven. When your loved ones let you go, you will go into a next phase of passing over. This phase is called the path to enlightenment. When people really get enlightened in life and die, they will immediately merge with the Higher Self and enter Heaven, the immaterial pure positive dimension. To be enlightened means that you bring your conscious part of your Soul, what is your awareness and equals all your thoughts, memories and formulation of thoughts unto a pure positive angelic level. We humans are ALL reincarnated angels. Believe it or don’t, still it is true. That is the reason why we have to bring our thoughts back on the angelic level of formulating all the time pure positive thoughts. Thoughts are energy patterns moving in space. When you formulate positive thoughts, you create your awareness to vibrate energetically on a high frequency. When you formulate negative thoughts, you create your awareness to vibrate energetically on a low frequency. In a human life most people create more negative thoughts than positive thoughts, this will cause a split Soul. Between your awareness and your Higher Self. Your awareness is vibrating energetic on a much lower frequency than your Higher Self. The Higher Self is your angelic pure positive awareness. The voice of the Higher Self can be heard by your intuition and conscience. That is how you can know, why we are angelic beings from origin. Before you were born, your Soul split into a conscious and a subconscious part. The conscious part is your awareness, your formulation of thoughts, memories and everything we learn into our memory. Not in our brain, because the brain is an expression of energy, to give form to our thoughts. At birth, the awareness is cleared from memory of previous lives, and in total cleared from your Souls life. So you can start living this experience fresh and clean. In some cases young children can remember past lives, because they have still a good connection with the Higher Self. Some can tell you some interesting details of real past lives. That is another story for another time. Which you can find in previous answers about past lives.
What is balance in yourself, balance in yourself, is to bring the thoughts of your awareness on the same level as the Higher Self awareness is thinking. A difference in thoughts, will cause negative emotions and bad feelings. As a signal to tell you, that you are not on the positive path in life. Transform your negative thoughts into positive thoughts. What equals the same thoughts as your Higher Self and you will create positive emotions and you feel good, balanced and positive again. You are then on the right positive path in life. It is a guidance to help the Soul to find its way in a human life. We only lost touch with this guidance system of the Higher Self. This balance in thoughts of your awareness and the higher Self is also called enlightenment. To create One Soul again. When your awareness formulates positive thoughts the same as your Higher Self does, than your awareness vibrates energetically on the same high frequency. Just like Jesus has told us too. When you are born you are One (One Soul), when you grow up you become TWO (Soul and Ego), when you die, what will you do, when you are TWO? We explain this later. We need long explanations, because it is necessary to understand what happens when you passed over. You see that we have never been told the truth, that is why we have such a lack of information about this event. The enlightened persons after death, will pass over and merge with the Higher Self and enter Heaven. They are home. This is the quickest way to go back home to Heaven. The normal persons in life who has formulated positive thoughts in life which is called thoughts and actions upon by the perspective of the Soul. And they have on the same time formulated negative thoughts in life, what is called thoughts and actions by the egoistic and greedy ego perspective. The ego perspective is always the creator of negative thoughts. Most people have this split Soul and can’t merge with the Higher Self and can’t enter Heaven. Negative thoughts creates negative emotions and feels bad or sad. Positive thoughts creates positive emotions and feels great. How you feel is always a result of the thoughts you have been formulating consciously or subconsciously. A positive thought is good for you AND on the same time it is good for all people on the world AND good for Nature. This is the only way to create balance in yourself, balance between all people and balance with Nature. The people who have a split Soul, they will go into a next phase after they passed over, in the In- between dimension and let go of their loved ones and earth. They will have to become enlightened as an angel, other wise you can’t enter Heaven. Believe me, this is the best place to be. These people, most of you, will experience that our fears, worries, and other negative emotions which are based on negative thoughts and indirect actions in life will repeat again in new dreams. Again to give you a choice. To choose a positive thought or a negative thought. When you choose a negative thought. The dream will repeat itself, perhaps slightly in a different way. You will see all the wrong doings and consequences in your life. Until you choose the positive thoughts and reach enlightenment. That means that you choose pure positive thoughts that equals your higher Self. When you do, you cause your Soul to become ONE< that means that your awareness and Higher Self vibrates on the same energetic high frequency. The Higher Self is than able to merge with your awareness and now you will go into Heaven, the immaterial pure positive dimension that vibrates on a high frequency. Than you are able to remember all previous lives including the total life of your Soul. Enlightenment is the key to enter Heaven. As I explained also in the Gospel to Heaven, the real path to Heaven in my first pinned answer in my profile on Quora.
Children are helped by spirit guides to go through this process. No one is alone. All humans have at least two spiritual guides. Only most of you don’t know this, because you are all busy to enjoy yourself, to get what you want. Instead of evolving as a human being into enlightenment. Spiritual development means therefor the development of negative thoughts into positive thoughts in your perspective. That is how you can evolve in life. Than you have people who embrace the occult, satanism and made very egoistic decisions in life, by killing, deceiving, destroying, etc. These people have a very large ego perspective, and they will need many centuries to restore their Soul as One. They will often choose again and again negative thoughts. They will experience a kind of Hell, because they created this experience, by their expectation. Everything that you desire, wish to experience, consciously AND subconsciously will immediately manifest in the in-between dimension. So thoughts have consequences. In this last group of passed over Souls you have also Souls of a human life or other lives from other planets, that chooses to stay negative, egoistic and destructive. They desire to keep their influence in life on certain people, who connects with them through blood rituals, sacrificing and others. We call these the Fallen angels. The angels who desire not to return to Heaven. They don’t want to do the effort to become enlightened. They are the creators of negativity in life, which are performed by humans in our society to make our civilization more and more negative, evil and bad. These are the people who desire power, possessions and oppression, by force and negative actions. They want to pull other Souls into the same fallen angel situations, as they are or will be. In the end every one will come back to Heaven. That is our natural state of being of everyone. That is why it is said: God forgives everyone. When you choose to go to Heaven, do the effort of becoming enlightened and embrace pure positive thoughts, you will return to Heaven. This is all the real judgment of our lives. No one will escape their thoughts and actions on earth. Like Jesus said; the first in life (people with a large ego perspective) will be the last in Heaven. Which is true and confirms these statements again and again. God forgives everyone, but do you forgive yourself? Than you have what is called repentance, repentance means to become enlightened. To do the effort to develop your thoughts into pure positive thoughts. That is repentance. Something so easy, so misunderstood by many. False prophets? There are many. It is your decision to find out, who is right and who is wrong. How more enlightened you will be, how more awakened you will become, how more you will see the truths in life. Religious scriptures, books, movies and even main stream media all are rewritten for power and control. Many untruths are told and spread, to keep you trapped into a repetitive cycle, without transforming your negative thoughts into positive thoughts. Why is this no where mentioned? Because the people with power don’t want to share knowledge and wisdom. Negative people are easy to enslave and positive happy souls are not. Last point. A hell does not exist as the opposite of Heaven. This is very logical. A human being, a Soul and even a fallen angel as Soul all are constructed from a harmonious energetic intelligence and being. This can only happen in a harmonious and balanced positive dimension. It is only the thoughts with free will, that makes the difference, the thoughts we choose to embrace. Positive or negative thoughts. Still the body and construction of the Souls or a human vessel is all angelic perfection. The same is with humans, we are part of our own angel being projected as consciousness in a human vessel. All humans are equal, only the thoughts they choose with free will are different. Do you see what I mean? We choose positive thoughts or negative thoughts. This decision, decides who we will become in our awareness, a good or a bad person or somewhere in between. Still humans are part of the developed intelligence angelic pure positive dimension, other wise we cannot even exist. Therefore hell does not exist. The opposite of Heaven is real CHAOS and no intelligence or being can exist here. Some of us will experience a hell as they have embraced evil thoughts in life, they will manifest this, in the in between dimension like a dream. You will reap, what you sow.
Most people forgot that at every situation in life you have a choice, to formulate positive or negative thoughts. A human life was created for our Souls. This means that a human life is in fact the school for the Soul. To experience a material life with fun and enjoyment, to learn from the experiences, to create new experiences and to evolve in the end. We lost our guidance and control of our thoughts. When you don’t master your thoughts, you don’t master your feelings. Most of us want to embrace, hide, avoid and even justify negativity in life, instead of transforming negativity into positivity. This is the biggest problem in life, what has created our unbalanced world.
Read my words and study them, which I have described in my answers and you see that everything interlinks and is connected on this way. Still it is your choice if you want to do something with it or not.

I was hired by the mighty WIRED Magazine to design some fancy typography for their feature on Quora. I had lots of fun playing with different elements in these, including more linework shading and halftone patterns.

When was America Great?
Saying and hearing, “Make America Great Again,” dismisses the reality of what “America” was, is and continues to be; a land found and stolen from its rightful occupants. First and foremost, this land doesn’t truly belong to “you and me,” as the lyrics directly state. There was an indigenous population that was here first. For over 15,000 years this land was occupied by an indigenous people referred to, derogatorily, as “Indians” long before the states occupied now were ever called “America.”
The arrogance and, frankly, ignorance of a non-empathetic, uneducated and entitled “millionaire” whose interests lie solely in his own appearance, who has no respect for nature, the environment and its occupants actually better represents those who stole, murdered and pronounced themselves the rightful and entitled occupants of a land that they were not ever entitled too.
Not by birthright as they were not born here. They were the first immigrants to “settle” in a land they were; not only not welcome too but never entitled to occupy, name or dominate.
The action of these original “settlers” is nothing short of criminal. They deliberately infected and made sick the original and natural occupants. They murdered, stole and justified their actions by touting themselves as entitled and superior to those who actually respected the land, the animals and actually had a theology that embraced respecting nature and each other.
The Musckogee called this land, “Turtle Island,” and for lack of a conclusive adjective, truth be told, America was never GREAT. It was founded on lies, deceit, murder and deliberate actions that led to the almost extinction and exclusion of its indigenous people. Every decade since the occupations of these states has had degrees of disgusting and despicable actions by its unethical, greedy and self-justifying leaders all in the name of “democracy”.
This current “administration” of corrupt, uniformed, arrogant and disturbingly stupid aristocrats is a true reflection of the criminals that founded America and to attempt to dismiss and be complicit with the actions of the current criminals sitting in office is to dismiss the real fact that America was and never will be great founded on its inception until all people are considered equal, until all people who want to reside and live and thrive here are welcome and until all the criminals, special interest organizations and those who embody greed and an ulterior motive are removed from positions they have no right to hold.
This and until its returned to its original inhabitants and the theologies that they held true, the respect for nature, the respect for each other and the true spirit of understanding we are all connected is the base for a people who embrace each other and stop pretending it was ever great.
Instead of a erecting a "wall" why not build a longer table where all are welcome that, for me, would make America truly "great."

Space Shuttle Columbia (OV-102) is raised in preparation to be mated with Shuttle Carrier Aircraft 905 at White Sands Space Harbor (WSSH), New Mexico for return to the Kennedy Space Center. Upon successful conclusion of the STS-3 mission, Columbia was forced to land at WSSH due to unfavorable conditions at Edwards Air Force Base, the primary site. STS-3 was the first and only shuttle mission to land at WSSH.
What a view, blue sky galore and the San Andres Mountains in the distance...nice. Also an excellent view of the stiff-leg derrick/crane combination used as sort of a 'field expedient' Mate-Demate Device (MDD). Excellent information & photos pertaining to the combination:
