This is "the" Vancouver unicycle commuter. For a long time he was the only one, but recently I've seen two others around so I think he's been trend-setting.

Col. John M. Scott, Commander, U.S. Army Garrison Red Cloud and Area I awards 250 garrison employees during the Employee Recognition Ceremony at the Camp Red Cloud Theater on Mar. 4. During the ceremony, Scott introduced the garrison's new senior enlisted adviser, Command Sgt. Maj. Patrick M. Quirk and then gave a brief overview of coming events.
